If you are looking for a serene place, then look know further. The place is amazing with lovely staff who are readily available to assist. the rooms are clean and spacious with minimal decor. The view from the poolside is amazing at night should you be interested in watching the stars.

Our weekend at the Mawe Resort was perfect! Ideal place to relax, with an amazing location! The manager and the staff are awsome! The food is amazing ... you can't leave the place without trying the seafood pasta! ;)

We arrived for 4 nights at the Mawe Beach resort! It was a lovely place and the room (even though it didn't really have a clear sea view) and food was very good. However, we were in for a rude shock when we ordered the sea food special and the portion for one of my friends was really under par,...

Drove to Mawe over the Easter weekend from Mombasa. Firstly it is a very small property with just 12 rooms. So parking within the premises was a challenge. Had booked a sea facing suite with full board. However the concept of full board over the Easter weekend seemed confusing to the staff, as later discovered that was ours was the...

We spent 6 nights here during the Easter period and it was an experience like no other we have had before. Having been our first time in a boutique hotel after numerous visits to big hotels with lots of guests the concept was at first strange to us. It didn't take us long to settle in and appreciate the most...

You're in for a treat. This is a lovely small friendly resort. It only has a few rooms, so it's never crowded, has a wonderful ambiance and great food. The rooms are spotless and have quiet air conditioning. Using old dhow sails, its tastefully decorated throughout. There was a wall hanging above our bed - with a verse about being...

I just returned with my 5-year old from Mawe Resort. We had a very pleasant stay, it is a perfectly managed place, very clean, friendly staff, good food, etc... Staff accommodated the different meal times for my daughter very well, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the sea. While the resort is next to the sea, it is a...

A very well done and configured boutique hotel. Very personable, very friendly, very pleasant place to be. The staff, especially the manager went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We really enjoyed our time there and if we go back to Kenya, it will certainly be a place we will be heading to. I do want...

Hotel restaurant good and hotel trips arranged to Malindi, historic sites and dhow cruise really good. Able to visit Watamu and restaurants being dropped off and catch tuk- tuk back. The place is good enough, well priced>value for money. They have a treat for couples on honeymoon to their Jacuzzi well done and private/exclusive. Their food is nice. The rooms are kinda quite close to one another thus you have to mind about your neighbor. The pool, the hammock give you very nice views of the indian ocean and some...
