The staff and the views are the highlight here (and the breakfast). This was a simply stunning hotel in a place which took our breath away. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was clean, quiet, the breakfast amazing, the pool area lovely and the restaurant delicious and inventive. The rooms were large, quiet, cool, clean and comfortable....

My husband and I travelled to Corsica this month, and had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful hotel. Besides the great location, the modern design and the great ambiance, the service was the highlight of our stay. The owner, Mr. Barthes, was more than welcoming: we felt like we were home. He offered us drinks and a lovely time...

This is a quintessinal boutique hotel. Georges and his team do a great job. Food is outstanding. Everything is first class. The only minor thing I did not like is the dining room seating, the tables being much too low for me. (I am a tall guy). Coffee I room would be a great addition.

U Palazzu Serenu was our favorite place we stayed during our 3 week travel through Europe. This hotel has many comforts not found at many boutique and traditional hotels around Europe. Upon arrival, unbeknownst to us, the owner George came to receive us and helped take our heavy and bulky luggage up to our room. We figured out later that...

Our 7 night visit to this bijou hotel set on the hill side of Oletta was better than we'd anticipated. The garden room was large and very well appointed with an exceedingly comfortable bed. The air conditioning was whisper-quite so could be kept running all night (definitely needed in the temperatures we experienced in September). The only thing that disturbed...

Having stayed in the beautiful hamlet of Oletta in June, we returned to U Palazzu Serena for the second time this summer. The team here were just as enthusiastic and assiduous in their kindness, courtesy and attention, as they were at the beginning of the season. If you are like me, and loathe large, international hotels, you will feel at...

Our 2 night visit at this chic boutique hotel was most enjoyable. Staff were attentive and helpful. We dined in one night and had a very well priced (considering we were in an expensive hotel) 3 course meal accompanied by excellent local wines. The pool and gardens are near the road (as reviewed earlier by a visitor) but I didn't...

A very stylish hotel with an amazing view over the northeast part of the island. It only has nine rooms which gives the hotel a very personal touch. It is ideal for couples or for families with children older than 12. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful; lovely breakfast; we often spend the hot lunch hours at the pool. Oletta...

Our second visit and delighted to report much improved ( aircon worked and dinner was much higher standard). Pool, gardens, decking and outside eating area all as charming as ever , supported by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Georges was his usual debonair self in the background. A lovely spot.....we'll be back !

We spent 5 nights here and loved it. The hotel has 9 rooms so it feels very intimate - the owner and staff could not have been more helpful and they really make you feel at home. The rooms are light and airy and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Great attention to detail!
