We booked a table for a special birthday party (20 persons). The hotel/restaurant is quite old and terribly unkept. No toilet paper in the restroom. The pool area was full of dirt, tiles broken and an electrical cord that was taped on the side of the pool (no safety for the kids). The staff and manager were very unwelcoming. This... More

we stayed for 2 nights at the hotel, the first night we had no hot water, told the man at reception who told us we had to let it run for 20 minutes so it would get hot. A lot of wasted water and 30 minutes later the water was still cold. The next night it worked. We paid for... More

We had wanted a hotel in Montpellier, but our last minute decision to stay there resulted in everything already occupied. The Tourist Office in Montpellier suggested Patio del Sol because it is located only a few minutes walk from the tram for an easy ride to the center of the city. stayed here for 2 nights but originally booked in for 3. As didnt arrive till late on the saturday so stayed in Vias. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The room and bathroom we had was spacious if a little dark. The swimming pool was of a decent size. Food in the restaurant was excellent.... More

we arrived late on a Sunday evening in August and were please to find a family room in a hotel unexpectedly full of character! The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Although we arrived late in the evening on a cold January night without a reservation, the staff were welcoming and helpful.
