Couldn’t wait to travel, post covid lock down. We didn’t have to think about where to go as agua marina is our favourite place to stay. Beautiful sea views from room, nice well equipped very clean apartments. Staff very polite and helpful when arranging pre flight PCR test. Very peaceful and safe place to stay. Can’t wait to return!.

just got back from a short break at the Aguamarina apts..in the old town just above the harbour..was a bit further than I thought from the Puerto Del Carmen main strip but very nice place.rooms very nice and clean..little pool with pool bar, wonderfull view ( room 305) staff very nice and helpfull, little supermarket across, the road several bars nearby, several nice resteurants by the harbour with a little play park for the kids if they get bored of eating..lol, My only tip would be if you have problems walking its maybe not the best place for you, mostly uphill from PDC not much in the way of footpaths and quite few steps once inside the apt complex. lots of Irish bars nearby and a Vegeterian Restuerant right next door ( The Blooming Cactus ) as a solo traveller found a little place called Scotch Corner that was just a few mins walk away had a great time thanks to Matt the barman and Marcus Rose the singer and all the friendy ppl there, made my trip.If you stay there try the cliff top walk to the next village up the zig zag steps ( turn left out of the front door of the complex) you can get a water taxi back if you want... worth the effort. The Biosphere center has lovely shops and little artisan places and a rooftop cinema that shows films most nights, has escalators and a lift so no problems if you have mobility problems.

Just returned from another stay here...The huge plus is the location just 500 yards from the old town and the harbour- even better if you can get a sea view room - though getting any room can be a challenge as they are always booked up - often for going on a year ahead! OK so it only classed as "2 star" but the rooms have everything you would normally need (although they a getting little "tired") and Estefania and her team are helpful and friendly. Also has a pool bar that opens from lunch time till the sun goes down - Run by Stuart and Linda who are really nice, jolly helpful and offer great bar snacks and loads of drink options - all super relaxed and super prices - We especially liked watching the sun go down while sinking glasses of red and G&Ts!!!! Why not spend time sunning by the pool and bar, watching the comings and goings in the harbour instead of going down to the front every day!

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is good, the area is very quiet but well connected and surrounded by bars, supermarkets and restaurant and the view from our balcony was beautiful! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Highly recommended
