super confortable and cosy, with big and confortable rooms with an amazing view. super welcoming and careful staff great restaurants and food amazing breakfast with a calm enviroment excelent for relaxing.
I booked here on the basis of previous excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. This is an outstanding hotel. Everywhere was spotless and all the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Amenities were great. The only area I could suggest a little room for improvement would be to make the buffet restaurant a touch more upmarket, perhaps by the use of tablecloths at dinner service.
Have just spent 10 days at the Hotel Fariones (22 Jan-1 Feb). Read the many excellent reviews before booking this hotel for a winter break from UK. From the moment we arrived to the sad time we had to leave we felt privileged to be in one of those rare hotels in which quality and excellence pervade. The hotel has just over 200 rooms and whilst it was reasonably busy there is a pleasing calmness about the whole experience. Nothing feels rushed - the staff are uniformly courteous, professional and very willing to please. The rooms whilst not large are very comfortable and spotlessly clean; they all have sea views with balcony and you will experience the sound of the waves lapping the shore. The public, dining, pool, garden and bar areas are immaculate. The service is friendly and efficient. It is very apparent that all the staff take pride in this hotel and it shows. It is superbly located, facing south and directly overlooking the sea with easy access to the sandy beaches. We chose bed and breakfast terms which worked well; it gave us flexibility to eat in a number of local restaurants to experience something different. They were generally of good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel breakfast is exceptional and we much enjoyed eating on the terrace when it was sunny. We had the dinner buffet a few times; again the quality of food is very good (particularly the sumptuous array of starters) but we thought eating there every evening would be a step too far for our waistlines and would obviously add to the cost of the holiday. The weather was a little disappointing at times with some cool, windy and cloudy days - unfortunately this is one thing the hotel staff cannot fix. Overall, a super holiday in arguably the finest hotel in Lanzarote. We will definitely hope to return again. Very strongly recommended. …
The hotel was superb in every respect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony overlooking the extensive and well-kept gardens. The staff were welcoming, obliging and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of food and drink, including Cava. Freshly cooked eggs were easily and quickly available. Coffee and orange juice were served at the table, in unlimited quantities. The coffee was very good - much better than any we have tasted in other hotels. The place was located close to three different beaches, including gated access to one of them. This hotel is not to be confused with Suite Hotel Fariones, next door, which is currently closed.
We’re at the end now of a superb 10 day stay at this hotel. It’s has been wonderful. From the warm welcome on check in from Javier and his colleagues to the buzz and fun from Pedro and his team in the bar/restaurant our stay was just so good. Excellent food ( especially breakfast) , fabulous outside spaces to just laze in or out of the sun, a genius on piano, Juan, in the bar and it’s location at the beach near the old town. It’s still fresh and feels so new ( it only opened in 2020) but the staff get the balance right where it’s excellent service without being stuffy! Treat yourself . You’ll love it.
Very well run hotel in the best location in the area. Spotlessly clean , excellent food. Highly recommended this hotel which is on the beach front. No need to even leave during your stay. Excellent restaurants very close should you fancy a change.
We had an amazing stay at the Horel Fariones. Once we arrived at the hotel the professionalism and service of the staff was "second to none" I cant wait to go back to The Hotel Fariones again in 2023.
We have just returned from a six day trip to this beautiful hotel. The decor and furnishings were stunning & to a very high standard. The outside areas were also very good with a beautiful pool & lots of quiet areas overlooking the ocean. The only disappointment was some of the food which did not match a 5 star hotel and to our personal disappointment the Japanese restaurant was not open which was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as we both love Japanese. All the staff were very efficient & very pleasant.
We came to this hotel for a relaxing post Christmas break. The previous reviews were excellent, and this was a big influence on us booking. From the first minute we arrived until the moment we left we had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel. The junior suite we were allocated was great, spotlessly clean and with the most wonderfully comfortable bed. It was so nice to sit on the roomy balcony and listen to the waves washing in to the beach below. The breakfast buffet was superb, in fact the best I have experienced in any such hotel. However, despite all these positives, the best thing of all about this hotel is the staff - they were absolutely fantastic. Every single interaction with them was a pleasure and they clearly wanted to ensure that you were enjoying yourself. They really were the icing on the cake!! We will definitely return and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with total confidence. Many thanks to all the staff, we had a great holiday with you. 👍😎 Courtney Saunders…
