Thank you all for a wonderful stay beautiful hotel and gardens spacious rooms, food was excellent plenty to choose from cooked fresh for you, all staff so friendly worked hard always had a smile for you excellent entertainment would definitely recommend this hotel to others
Beautiful hotel, warm welcome at reception. All the staff I came in contact with were excellent. But it is let down by the buffet. The choice was excellent but the hot food wasn't hot, warm at best. The only hot food were items cooked just for you eg omelette and steaks
We have stayed at this hotel at least 15 times and it always meets our expectations. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, wonderfully friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. It really ticks all the boxes for us and we look forward to our next visit.
Our fourth time at this hotel. I normally avoid all inclusive holidays in Europe as the food is often lacking in choice and quality. However, that is not the case here. A very relaxing atmosphere, all the staff are excellent, you could easily be forgiven for thinking it is a 5 star hotel.
We had a superior room overlooking the pool. The gardens around the pool are gorgeous. One you are inside you are in a tropical oasis where everything is well kept and looked after. Lots of little touches make it special from a welcome drink on arrival and luggage taken to your room for you, table service from smartly dressed staff, and comfy mattresses freely available for the sunbeds.
Not a seasoned traveller at all but I have to say that I think this is one of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed at in the Canaries. Arrival from the airport was quick and check in easy, bags were taken to our room and we were told to go and enjoy our lunch. We were All Inclusive and the food and drinks were brilliant. I looked forward to my meals every day and not once did we feel we needed a change and go outside of the hotel to eat. The freshly cooked meat and fish accompanied with just about every other veg and salad you could think of with themed nights every night such as Asian and Italian. There was so much choice we just did not know where to start! There was a good outside seating area which we used for every meal and also a large indoor area. The waiters and waitresses worked very hard and drinks were served to the table. You would have to be very fussy to complain about the foods. All inclusive drinks were very good with them all being made to order rather than out of machines, canary island measures could catch you out! Good choice of cocktails and he wine was also very good for all inclusive. We had a room on the third floor looking out over the garden with a glimpse of the pool, it was in La Graciosa block and very quiet and just a short walk to the restaurant and pool area. The superior room was more than adequate with a nice bathroom and a lovely shower over the bath, no problems with a lack of hot water ever. It was cleaned daily and very well. The heated pool was a bonus but didn't see any Aquagym happening which I was gearing up to have a go at although it was advertised daily it didn't seem to happen. The snack bar and pool bar were open for the majority of the day from breakfast onwards. The whole hotel was just so clean and every morning the ladies were out cleaning and moping all of the floor around the public area and the pool was being swept up around the outside. Sun loungers were easy to find but then it was not over busy and they came with cushions to make them more comfortable. You could easily move around to find the sun although towels on the loungers before breakfast were quite common!! There were some good bands and singers in the evenings and the children were also catered for with a kids club and disco before the evening entertainment. There was also the piano bar but did not really go there in the evenings. Nice also that there was some English TV to just come back in the night and collapse for half hour and watch before bed. Just outside the back of the hotel was a lovely seafront for walking, a long sandy beach, some shops, bars and restaurants but for more night life you would have to travel into Puerto Del Carmen. It was nice to be able to just go out for half hour if the weather wasn't quite so good to sit by the pool. The bus ran from outside the hotel and that was easy to use if needed. It was 1 Euro 40 to get into Puerto Del Carmen on the bus. All in all, apart from the very windy weather which can't be fixed, my friend and I had a lovely holiday, ate well, drank well, were very well looked after and had a great time. Would certainly go back and could go as far as to say it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in the Canaries. Well done to all staff! …
The hotel is so convenient to the airport that our taxi arrived at reception in 10 minutes and we were checked in and having an excellent buffet lunch within an hour of landing at Arrecife airport. The staff, some of them familiar faces on our 6th visit, looked after us with their usual care and smiles. Enrique in the restaurant and Carlos in the piano bar are particular favourites. This visit we had a superior room in Tenerife block and the view was superb. We love this hotel, and despite the unusually windy weather, we had a great holiday . Thank you Los Jameos
Stayed in this hotel with my mum in Jan 2023. After reading reviews had a good idea in mind but honestly couldn’t fault it. Staff were outstanding. Friendly kind and accommodating. Hotel itself lovely with plenty of sun beds & loved having the mats you could put on. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was lovely too I liked having a different country each night and even if something wasn’t to my taste always found something I’d eat. All round lovely stay!
Wow, gorgeous setting and first-rate staff; really friendly and relaxed. Came here for my belated fiftieth and everyone has been so accommodating making it a special holiday. The food here is the best we have had, fresh and cooked in front of you by dedicated professionals- really beautiful, though I am glad the weight restrictions only apply to my luggage! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.
We travelled as a family, grandparents, parents and toddler, took a while to select our accommodation and settled on Los Jameos through TUI, read the reviews and thought ‘why not’. When we stepped through the front doors to the hotel lobby we were totally surprised by the design and beauty of the building. Check in was easy, very pleasant reception team, welcome drInks offered and a porter to our rooms with luggage. Rooms very bright and spacious, spotlessly clean, ample storage, food variety and quality great, staff lovely. Pool area, plenty of sun beds at this time of year (January) very tranquil. Entertainment we saw was very good, piano bar very nice place to relax. Did not use the spa or many other services. This was our first all inclusive on land and break at this time of year, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Easy access out of a controlled gate to the beachfront and the shops nearly. We would happily stay here again.…
