One of the best hotels I stayed in from check in to leaving , the hotel is amazing , the staff are amazing ,in every department, you even get glass of bubbles checking in , I was all inclusive , the food , is amazing , my room over looked the pool , was spotless and attended to every day , noting is a problem in this hotel , I even got a late check out , the pool area and bars are excellent , but the staff of the hotel make it personal, your not a number , in this property , it’s that good I’m going back . I travel a lot with my work , and stay in lots of hotels , but this hotel is definitely my favourite thank you all working there 👏👏👏

We have visited this hotel several times in the last 10 years, the hotel standards are fantastic! Very clean and attention to detail is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we always go All inclusive and the food and drinks are excellent, every evening they have a food themed dinner, entertainment in the main theatre is excellent or you can relax in the piano bar ! I have no hesitation recommending this hotel, and a special shout out to Olga a very dedicated and lovely member of staff with a smile on her face every day. Look forward to seeing you next year. Love from Tony and Lesley Nisbet Newcastle upon Tyne .

I loved this place. First time here and first time in Lanzarote. Lovely staff. Friendly and efficient. Restaurant was great a bit big and busy but didn't detract. First time half board. Super food. Different each day. Great quality food. Rooms great comfortable and spotless

Just returned from a week stay at this lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. After my first night I asked if a mattress topper could be added to my bed as l found it so hard that my shoulders were painful. This request was done and the bed was much more comfortable. The food is good. Tables are very close together in the outside area, which we found quite uncomfortable and therefore chose to eat breakfast as late as possible when it was less busy. Always plenty of sun beds and parasols, so no need to reserve a sun bed. Outside area lovely , lots of greenery. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet break. Hotel in good location for long beech side walks with plenty of bars and restaurants. I would have given a 5 star rating if the beds were more comfortable and the restaurant less crowded.

From when we checked in, with a complementary glass of Cava, the hotel, staff, food and facilities were excellent, well except for the bed which was quite uncomfortable. I didn’t complain at the time, so I’m not going to complain when nothing can be done about it. Management, I have seen other comments about your beds, so maybe time for some replacements. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the food was plentiful, so many choices, with some cooked to order. Another suggestion I might make is an all inclusive offer with half board, complicated I know, but three meals a day was way too much for us, but we’d paid for it so, it had to be eaten! It was a special wedding anniversary for us and at dinner we had a special table reserved with flowers, chocolates and a bottle of Cava, which was really lovely. We would definitely visit again, maybe with family also. Thank you to the whole team.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely ambience. The design of the atrium and the pool/gardens area was stunning, and the back entrance onto the beach was very convenient. The rooms were relatively spacious and had decent storage. All the staff we encountered - from housekeeping, to reception, to the restaurant - were extremely professional and efficient. We were fortunate that we were given a room with a side view of the sea, which made our stay very scenic. There is a lot to do at the hotel, to the extent where we could have just spent an entire week there (however we wanted to do some day trips). Unfortunately we didn't get time to do everything we wanted (e.g. wellness centre, mini-golf), mostly because we arrived much later than anticipated due to a sandstorm in Lanzarote. The local beach is good, but you need to travel further afield to see the nicer aspects of Lanzarote. Fortunately there is a bus very close to the hotel. I was extremely impressed with the creativity of the chefs - they really put a lot of thought into the dishes and tried to switch it up every day, and offer good variety. The homemade pralines for the St Patricks gala were amazing. There are a few things that could be improved: *There seemed to be at least 2 machines broken in the gym every time I visited. It would have been good if these could have been fixed more quickly. *There were way more unhealthy options than healthy options at breakfast. It would have been good if the salad/vegetable items could have been brought out at breakfast, and if there were a few more dairy-free items, such as dairy-free yoghurt. *Chefs preparing the freshly cooked meat and fish options at dinner should check if seasoning is wanted - I had steak and fish and both were unnecessarily bland due to lack of seasoning before it was cooked. *Not a massive deal, but it would be nice if late check out was offered as an option. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and I would love to visit again!

As usual all the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. I felt that quality of the food was not as good as previous visits. On a number of occasions the food stations were not replenished for long periods of time. Midway through the evening buffet the cheese offering looked like it had been attacked by wild animals and was not refreshed. On two separate occasions we went to diner at 9.pm and the hot meat offering included roast leg of lamb but were told the lamb was finished. Disappointing!! Other than the pianists in the piano bar the entertainment was very third rate to the point of being embarrassing . Despite the above we love this hotel and enjoyed our stay and will probably return next year.

This was our first visit to this hotel although we have visited Lanzarote over 30 times we usually stay in puerto calero but having read the reviews we thought we would try this hotel. Positives; the hotel is spotless and well laid out the gardens are beautifully tended and the location although close to the airport does not have any problems with noise from planes landing or taking off. There is a fabulous museum of different costumes and artifacts on the upper floor of the hotel which is well worth a look The food is excellent we stayed all-inclusive but there was so much variety and it was freshly cooked and presented beautifully there was a good range of local and international drinks and also some amazing cocktails .Coffee, tea and water in our room was replenished daily we also had a British newspaper delivered free of charge without asking for one which was a lovely gesture The biggest asset is the staff the majority of them are so welcoming and friendly ( one of the reasons we didn’t return to our previous hotel although we had been loyal and frequent customers was that the staff were so surly and rude and we got told off by a very scary waitress for sitting in the wrong area !!!!!) The staff here are outstanding in particular Michaela in the towel booth who was so happy and friendly and also the fantastic Natividad (Nat) behind the bar who was always cheerful and made us laugh ! The only negative aspect about the whole holiday was that we had asked for a junior suite which was lovely but overlooked the tennis court and also the main road and was on the third floor so we had the noise of the traffic and also the hitting of tennis balls but the most annoying was the people who were on the floor above who liked to move furniture around at stupid ‘o’ clock in the morning and also liked to stamp around again in the early hours of the morning!!! We were only there a week and didn’t see much point in complaining as the hotel cannot be held accountable for the guests thoughtlessness but if we were to return we would request a suite on the 4th floor and not overlooking the tennis courts! on the whole I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon

the staff are the friendliest we have ever met; the food was truly magnificent. The light easy listening music in the evening was a treat. The wooden balconies with soft seating for an afternoon read if the weather was poor was very relaxing. The behind the scenes tour of the hotel was very informative. A great experience and we will go back.

Where do I start??? Firstly any bad reviews must have the wrong hotel as this is absolutely a 5star hotel!! From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile, cava or orange juice to start the holiday as you would want! The pools are beautiful with one heated which is perfect for the little ones! Food… well my oh my.. outstanding and the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. Fresh fish/meat cooked in front of you to your liking.. we spoke with Maria who welcomed us the first day for our evening meal and remember us each night.. she remember that we had mentioned that out of all this amazing food that pizza(for the kids) wasn’t on so far into our stay.. yup you guessed it the next night she found us and asked the chef to personally cook a margarita pizza for our 4 year old.. is was massive and delicious.. we obviously shared it with him :) outside is lovely with walks either way lined with restaurants and shops.. sea and beach is clean with plenty space and beds… room was clean a little smaller than other hotels but we only slept in there so not a biggy for us. All staff are amazing, thank you to Maria for making us feel so special and welcome, Carlos in the piano bar for remembering my cocktail each night that I came while my hubby and little played in the games room. Entertainment staff amazing.. all staff amazing really!! We cannot wait to return and have already booked for my mother and father to see you in may !!!! :) :)
