The apartments are ideally situated for access to the bars, restaurants and beach areas in the resort. We spent 3 weeks here, the apartments are not really well equipped for long stays. No English TV channels, or oven. The apartments are nice and bright and we had no problems with the cleanliness of the whole area. Unless you get a pool view room then there are an awful lot of steps to contend with, definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility problems. As we had a sea view room which actually cost more,we had the maximum of steps to contend with. We are both in our 60's and there was no offer of help to assist us in getting our luggage to the room, 56 steps in all to contend with, I think this needs to be addressed as during our stay we witnessed many older people struggling. There is only a lift from the reception to the pool area. We stayed on a b and b board basis and breakfast was adequate. The weather was very mixed during our stay and the only bar on the complex to get a drink during the day is the pool bar, which isn't ideal on a blustery wet day. The entertainment bar opened at 6 30 - 10.30. I would have been disappointed had we been on an all inclusive board. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly the cleaning lady that did our room. We would stay here again, but probably for only a week maximum, and we wouldn't pay the extra for sea view purely because of the poor practicality of access to the room…
My partner and I went to Lanzaplaya with friends for 1 week. Good clean hotel. Reception booked us in quickly and explained everything. The only issue was there are alot of steps in the complex. We went with friends, one who has a disability and struggles with. Reception got them a ground floor room, which was close to everything on the complex. The only lift is from reception up 1 floor to the rooms and pool. The apartment we were in was clean, compact and had all the essentials in,including washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towel. It was cleaned regularly. Over the weekend the cleaners seemed to get rooms ready for newcomers One of the days we had lots and lots of rain and one of the doors onto the balcony let some water in. Went to reception after using a couple of towels, to ask for clean ones. We were given clean towels and 2 older Relaxia pool towels in case we needed them again. The staff couldn't be any more helpful on reception. We really enjoyed the food on offer. Breakfast consisted of cereal, in individual bags, cooked spanish bacon, eggs etc, bread, croissants, etc and fruit, cheese, yoghurt and juice. There was enough choice for anyone. Lunches generally had a warm choice and a salad choice. There was always desserts available. And the ce cream was really nice. Evening meals were often themed. Chinese one night, a fish night another. But there was nearly always something for my partner, who is a fussy eater, and this wasn't just chips. The pool bar is open from 10am to 6pm. They do not have hot snacks available, but have buns, croissants, biscuits and fruit in a plastic covered container at the left side of the bar. The lager in the all inclusive us a pilsner and they also have a nice casa. Our friends liked the white and rose wines available. Masks MUST be worn when inside and most people ware them around the complex unless you are sat down. They staff will not serve you unless you are wearing it and will remind you. The hotel has 2 supermarkets within 3/4 minutes and it is 5 minutes from the main strip. There are lots of places to eat and drink if you don't want to ne all inclusive. We went on an Intercity bus to Playa Blanca and to Costa Teguise. The buses are cheap and so easy to use. I downloaded the bus app and asked reception about getting off the bus at Playa Blanca, as we had never been. The stops are clearly shown on a screen on each bus, snd announced each stop, giving us plenty of time to press the stop button. Worth a trip to both. Just a big thank you to all the staff, who were friendly, helpful and always made time for everyone. Would recommend a visit as long as you were able to do steps. …
The accommodations were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break, they were cleaned regularly to an excellent standard by Rebecca, hard working very pleasant and polite. The staff at the pool bar, restaurant and reception were also pleasant and helpful. The drinks were generous with a good selection. The food was excellent, we have been to about a dozen AI hotels in the Canary Islands and the standard and quality was the best we’ve experienced. The hotel is in an excellent location. We won’t be looking for a different hotel to stay in Lanzarote. If everything goes well this year we will be looking to rebook for another stay here in the winter months.
just back from a wonderful week in relaxia lanzaplaya from check in to check out our stay was 10 out 10 room was ideal right beside the pool and bar and cleaned regularly the food was great and a wide variety the Staff were friendly and helpful a couple of observations if anyone in your party has mobility issues get a pool view as the stairs to the sea view are hard to manage also we always stay A/I and never had to pay for snacks in between meals at the pool bar a number of A/I residents voiced their disappointment but as I said we found no other fault with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel
We are spend to holiday week this hotel. Service was is very good, but rooms cleaning was not so good. Restaurant foods is a good and atmosphere was very good. The system where other pool was warm and other was cold is creative cause then there's something for everyone. Covid-19 restrictions were well taken care of.
