This was our third stay here - the last time we came was Jan 2020. The hotel has been refurbished and is lovely. I particularly like the fact they’ve made one of the heated swimming pools bigger, which means you can do some proper swimming in the winter months. There is also a new bar in the lobby, which is great to sit in during the cooler winter months. The rooms are lovely, big and everywhere is ultra clean. The staff are all very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was the choice in the Asian restaurant was not as good as it used to be, but this could be because the hotel wasn’t full. So we’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
Just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. This was our 2nd time here and even with the COVID restrictions, it was an absolutely blissful week. Our room was perfect, with a sea view and a massive private terrace. Thick walls, so nice and peaceful inside the room. It’s a large hotel catering for many nationalities, all staff on site were friendly and helpful. Reception staff printed all our travel docs for our return journey, which saved on the stress of everything being on your phone. There’s a good selection of food, especially salads and fresh fruit. Drinks in bar were great. A nice touch that the safe in the room are free of charge, pool towels are free of charge and also bottles of water free whenever you need them. These are little things, but it does actually feel like it’s ‘all inclusive’. We spent most days by the quieter pool and mostly there were sun beds available daily. As with most hotels, there were still the selfish idiots reserving sun beds and strolling down to them 5 hours later. We managed to book the Mexican and Asian on site restaurants, which were both nice for a change. The highlights of the evening entertainment were the acts by the entertainment teams. Always a good laugh! I think the hotel’s having a revamp, walk in showers etc over the next few months, but once open again, I’d definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning from beginning to end! The entire hotel complex is super clean and fresh following the renovation. Rooms are large with all the usual amenities. Beds are comfortable and spacious. The restaurants host a great range of food choices and the visits to both of the Ala Cartes were a lovely treat. Even the snack bars around the pools serve tasty quick bites. The staff were all helpful and welcoming, always smiling and greeting customers with a friendly Hola. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, such a well organised team. We only dipped into the heated pools as the weather wasn't overly warm, but sure enough it was still a welcomed treat to be outdoors in a pool in January. The grounds of the hotel are quite vast therefore I emailed the hotel prior to our arrival and asked for a room in the main hotel instead of the adjacent complex. We were really pleased to find that our request was honoured and we loved the room. Many of the questions on TA have asked about smoking in the hotel grounds.... we saw some scattered smoking bins/ashtrays in the outdoor areas, this meant that the vast majority of the hotel was pleasantly smoke free. The onsite gift shop was unfortunately closed but we found that turning either left or right out of the rear garden gates quickly brought us to lots of local stores. All in all we loved this holiday, and we are hoping to return at a later date with family.

A beautiful, newly renovated hotel. Two pool areas. Both of the pool areas hade two pools where one was heated during winter. Take some getting used to once you get in but after that it was very nice. The pool restaurants served chicken, french fries, burger, sandwiches and salads and some more options that changed. Overall the food was very good with a good mix. The only bad thing was that a lot of the time cooking seemed rushed resulting in eg. fries that were under fries or pancakes that weren’t done. The only bad thing we have to say about the hotel is that walls are very thing. We could hear the neighbors opening doors and people walking outside.

Absolutely terrible. The hotel was nice and clean due to recent refurbishment however i Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are very rude, food was terrible, they don’t stock malibu or any other coconut white rum. Massage parlour may be called torture chamber, currently having physio after muscle trauma and nerve damage.
