We spent a week here Sunday 31st October to Sunday 7th November and really can’t speak highly enough about our experience. Check in: As a result of our flight from Glasgow being delayed by an hour, we arrived within minutes of evening dinner ending at 9:30. Despite this, the receptionist explained to us that she had spoken with the restaurant team and the restaurant would be kept open for us to ensure we had the chance to have something to eat, which we very much appreciated. The check-in process was very quick and we appreciated the opportunity to go to the restaurant whilst the team member completed the necessary paperwork. Restaurant: the restaurant was very clean and spacious with lots of food on offer. This was our experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The hot food wasn’t always to our taste however, there was normally always something we could have (chips/pasta etc) and we also understand that the restaurant caters for people from different countries with different cuisines and tastes. All good appeared to be freshly prepared with lots of salad and fresh fruit etc. The only issue we experienced with the restaurant was with the coffee self-service machines which weren’t always functioning, leading to some queues for coffee. The service from the team members was exceptional with all staff polite, professional and always wearing masks, which was great to see. Tables were always cleaned regularly with drinks flowing too. Rooms and cleaning: The rooms were large, well-presented, cleaned regularly and were absolutely immaculate, as were all of the communal areas within the hotel. We have travelled extensively across the world and this is by far the cleanest and best-presented hotel we have ever stayed at. This helped to relieve any anxieties we had around covid compliance etc. We stayed in rooms 1213 and 1215 and we had very spacious verandas with breathtaking views of the sunrise each day. We know one of our cleaners was called Maribel and she deserves a mention here as she is a credit to the hotel and we very much appreciated her excellent work. Facilities (inc pool): there is a snack bar at the side of the pool (directly outside the restaurant) which also provides some welcome shade (if needed). This area was also always kept very clean, as was the entire pool area (including the lifeguards who we regularly seen collecting cups from the pool area too - not something you see everywhere). Our experience was there were always more than ample sun beds available (even although some people did reserve beds using towels). Not only did we not have any issues ever securing beds, our main issue there was sometimes too much choice when we were trying to decide where to make best use of the sun (not a bad dilemma to have!). All communal areas were immaculate and very well-kept. There was a decent sized bar for the evening entertainment and also a tennis court, which we seen several people using over the course of the week. Location: The hotel is ideally located and the beach is directly opposite the hotel. Shops, bars etc all within a few minutes walking distance also. Conclusion: we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel and also in the location. We would love to revisit in the future and certainly hope to do so. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed half board for a week and found all the facilities to be if a very high standard. We normally would use self catering apts but decided to try a hotel and we have not been disappointed- over all - 10 out of 10! All staff very attentive, helpful and polite The standard of food was excellent, we ate breakfast and lunch most days and had an evening meal once as we like to explore local restaurants / cuisine The hotel, our room , the pool area and restaurant/ bar were all spotless The location is good but a 5/10 minute nice walk to majority of restaurants / pubs etc or a 4/5 E taxi ride We would certainly use this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone looking a relaxed very enjoyable break in Lanzarote

Reception are rude, waiting on staff rude! However the holiday village reps were amazing. We upgraded to a suite, jacuzzi wasn’t ready and was refilled the day after our arrival. Room wasn’t ready on arrival either. No explanation nothing! Asking reception to order a taxi was also a chore for them. Shame the hotel ruined our holiday village experience
