WE stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. from the minute we arrived we felt relaxed, our room was ready when we arrived but a very polite receptionist advised us to go and have some lunch in the restaurant and a drink and come after. This we did and sure enough when we returned to reception our room was ready. The room was large and spotless as was kept that way all during our stay but the housekeeping staff. Infact the hole hotel was clean and tidy. the food was great with plenty of choices. Every member of staff were polite and eager to please and all looked as though they were enjoying their work with one particular waiter to always seemed to be laughing and smiling I think his name was Oslan he was the jester in the team. We are already looking into returning to this hotel as I as an ex-hotelier could not fault it. A BIG WELL DONE to the management and staff of this little paradise

we stayed here for a week in march with our friends and were very impressed with the hotel . upon arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. the grounds were kept spotlessly clean as were the rooms which had daily cleaning. we were all inclusive and found a great variety of food to chose from. there was never an issue securing sunbeds with a number being available throughout the day. our only criticism would be the size of our balcony as it was so small it was a squeeze for both myself and husband to use it at the same time, which was a shame given we paid extra for a seaview (which we had). the location was perfect for us as there were bars in the near vicinity for the nights we went for a leisurely stroll. we would without doubt recommend this hotel, we had a great week.

Still the same high standards we experienced on our previous visit last September. We even got the same room allocated thanks to Ulrike. There were plenty of sun beds around and a good mix of nationalities. We were AI but don’t drink alcohol so have booked HB for our next visit as we can always upgrade whilst there. Food and plates hot and a reasonable choice though I wish there were some cooked meats and pate available at lunchtime (they appear at breakfast) as we just prefer a sandwich or salad for lunch. There was always room to sit in the dining room whatever time you went in. The smoking area has moved but needs better signage as we came across people vaping in different areas. I would also like to see the water available at the pool bar earlier as it doesn’t appear until the pool bar opens at 11 and if the weather is hot, it would be useful otherwise you have to remember to bring some from your room - luckily there are fridges in the rooms as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Already looking forward to our next trip and trying to fit an extra one before the one already booked.

Cannot fault this hotel. Amazingly clean everywhere, beautiful pool area with ample sun beds, friendly staff and very well managed. I had a room for a single person and it was extremely spacious and a lovely patio/balcony overlooking the tennis courts. The location of the hotel is perfect right on the promenade with access to so many lovely restaurants and shops and the beach. We booked this as a last minute trip and will definitely return to this hotel.

Great Hotel ! Ideal for Couples & young adults more so than families.Excellent staff throughout Hotel. Food was very good & loads of variety ,if you're not too fussy you could enjoy every night.Beautiful fresh loaves every breakfast & evening meal. The porridge was delicious & I am not a porridge eater normally but loved it here. Could do maybe with extra toasters as a bit of a long wait.We loved the heated pool & there was always sunbeds available. We would come back here in a heartbeat.Tnx Lanzarote Village for a lovely holiday.Beach also is just across the road. Shops for essentials right beside you. We stayed for 3 weeks & I thought it may be a bit long in one place but we loved every second of our holiday here.

Arrived home late last night from what we consider to be a hotel with the most friendliest staff you could ever wish to meet. From the ladies on reception through to restaurant staff, room maids, and maintenance they are all a credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday perfect again, we are booking now for April to come to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday but this time it will be 2 weeks as 1 week goes by too fast. Thank you again and see you all soon. Room 1314 x

Just returned after a lovely week with glorious weather.. When we arrived we were upgraded to a partial sea view room 1302 beautiful views of mountains and sea. Very spacious, modern room with large bathroom with big walk in shower, cleaner came every day and towels changed regularly. Everywhere around the hotel, dining room and pool areas were spotless and clean. The dining room staff worked very hard to keep the tables cleared, waiter service for drinks, food was of a good variety.. one thing I think would improve would be another coffee machine at opposite end of dining room as not ideal carrying hot coffee through a large and bust area. Entertainment was good and varied, The daytime entertainment was plentiful for guests who wanted to join in. Lovely heated pool, plenty of sun beds in a large spacious area. This was not our first stay to this area but first visit to Lanzarote Village Hotel, we will be returning in March 2024 as it is now our first choice of accommodation for Lanzarote

Dear Jeano244, Thank you for taking the time to review your holiday with us on TripAdvisor. We are very pleased to read that you had a great week with us. We are delighted that you were so happy and got an up-grade to a room with a side sea view. We have of course passed on the praise about the cleanliness in the room and in the whole complex. We know how hard our staff work and we are pleased that you see this too. On the other side of the restaurant we have a large coffee machine and hot milk, but no fully automatic machine. We are glad that you are already dreaming of a new holiday in March 2024. You are welcome to contact us beforehand and in advance at: relacionespublicas@hotellanzarotevillage.com and express your room request without obligation. We stayed here in January/February this year. We were given a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The receptionist was very informative and told us everything we needed to know. Our room was fantastic, with a sea view and a lovely sheltered balcony. We had plenty of room and lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom was spacious. With complementary shower gel and lovely towels. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was well set out and the food was very good. There was always a choice for all tastes. The staff in the dining room worked so hard and never stopped and we’re always helpful. The only tiny problem we had were the plates were always cold and by the time you had queued for food, some of the food on your plate was cool by the time we ate it. We didn’t use the sun beds as we like to walk but the pool and the outside area was well set out. The hotel is always kept clean and all staff were helpful. The hotel is centrally situated and there is so much to do in the area. We will hopefully be back soon.

Dear stubenScotland, Wow - 5/5 points for your stay with us in January/February. We couldn't be happier! We are so pleased that you felt at home with us from the first moment. How great to know that we were able to meet your taste also regarding the room and that you liked the ocean view. We will of course pass on your praise about the culinary offer to the chef. We will look into the problem with the cold plates - thank you for pointing this out. We also hope that you will be our guest again soon - we are looking forward to seeing you.
