This was our second visit to Villas Alondra; we arrived on 22nd December for a 7 night stay, myself, husband and our son; we received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. Our villa was absolutely amazing and we have already made our reservation for December 2022, but staying for 10 nights. Natasha was friendly and helpful at all times; everyone within the resort were always happy to help in any way possible. There were plenty of sanitization stations and because of the time we went we also had to do a lateral flow 2 days before our return, which again Natasha organised with minimum of fuss and the medical personnel came direct to our villa. All in all a wonderful Christmas spent in Puerto del Carmen.

What a fantastic place, never booked a villa before but decided that this may be the safest way to enjoy time away with our family for Christmas. We stayed at the villa from 22nd to 29th December 2021. I had arranged welcome baskets and paid for the pool to be heated by email prior to our arrival, the reception staff are very professional and kept me updated prior. It was lovely when we arrived, we were taken to the villa by Felix who ensured we had every thing we needed, he brought extra sun beds, showed us how to work every thing in the villa, nothing was a problem. The villa was amazing, well furnished and our pool had been heated. The villa was cleaned every day, with clean towels for the bathroom and pool, nothing was a problem and Felix called in the morning to ensure all our pillows were comfortable and that we had all slept well. We had a bed and breakfast arrangement and the Arenas lounge provided great food, and the surroundings and service was superb. We also booked and evening meal, which was outstanding. On Christmas Day we followed Santa on a camel round the villas and then into the Arenas with live music and all the children received gifts all the staff were dressed up and the children loved it. This place is very special and we will be back soon

We’ve just returned from Villas Alondra as a group of 4 friends who have just had the most amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well by the staff at reception. They told us we had been upgraded to a de luxe Villa and we were brought to our villa by the lovely staff. We were truly happy when we saw how beautiful our Villa was, it was spotlessly clean and every facility was available in it. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool and garden areas were so well maintained. The weather was really good so we spent a lot of time there relaxing. The first night we ate in the beautiful restaurant next door and the service and food and drinks were top class and very good value. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and the choices excellent. I just want to summarise by saying that we really really enjoyed our stay at the Alondra Villas and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here, and would love to stay again.

We arrived at Villas Alondra on 28th Nivember and immediately greeted with the warmest welcome and smile from Natasha on reception who informed us that we were being upgraded as I had requested to pay to have the pool heated but it wasn't possible at the villa we had chosen. We where shown to a wonderful deluxe villa where they had heated the pool and left us a beautiful bottle of wine. Although initially booking a 3 bedroom villa the deluxe only had 2 but this was not a problem at all. A few days later whilst lying at the pool my husband heard loud drilling which had gone on for a few hours so phoned reception only to find out how long this would last but Itahisa from reception was at our villa in seconds offering to move us to another villa. As I had gone for a walk I was unaware of what was happening but she arranged with my husband and friend to have me call at reception on my return and she would take me to meet them. They all told me they were at the restaurant but had actually planned to surprise me so when Itahisa drove me to the new villa I was completely surprised. She had upgraded us to a grand deluxe villa which was beyond my wildest dreams, Itahisa walked me in and told me to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Her service went above and beyond my expectations and we are truly grateful for everything she done for us. Breakfast was buffet style and although not a big area you could find everything you could possibly need from creeal, continenta, hot cooked breakfast, fruit and yoghurt , crepes and pastries The Arenas longe and restaurant is a beautiful area but don't be expecting to find fries, burgers and toasties as it is not that kind of restaurant but you are only a few minutes walk to the nearest bars, shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the fabulous Biosfera Plaza shopping centre where you can find many local and international brands. The main strip and Playa Grande is about a 15 minute walk downhill but we always got a taxi back up for around €4 (slightly more expensive at night by 1 or 2 euros) and reception can order taxis for you on request. Getting back to the staff, the staff cleaned our villa and left new pool towels every day, they were fantastic. There was also a guy who called to the pool every morning to clean it and check it for safety levels. Felix whom we met on arrival at reception with Natasha is so pleasant, helpful and continuously ensured our villa was to our satisfaction and we were happy on our holiday. He also offered to drive us to Lidl to do some shopping when we settled in on our first day which we really appreciated. All the staff were wonderful but we mainly dealt with Natasha, Felix and Itahisa (I hope I have spelt this correctly) Their service was truly exceptional and they really made our holiday very special, they are a real asset to Villas Alondra and we cannot wait to get back again. Our Deluxe villa was no.32 and Grand Deluxe was Villa 42. We cannot recommend the complex highly enough and would like to wish all the staff there a happy and peaceful Christmas. Many thanks from Kim and David McCammon and Lynne Blundell

I have just returned from a short stay at Villas Alondra. I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic quality of the villa we stayed at and more importantly the amazing service from everyone. From driving us to Lidl when we couldn't get a cab to the chef cooking vegan breakfasts, everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and we will most certainly be coming back.
