We are Club la Costa members and chose to go here this summer. After reading some of the reviews I was quite apprehensive before we went, but I must say my fears were totally unfounded. We had a one bedroom upper apartment tucked away in a quiet corner among some which were privately owned. We arrived around 8pm and were...

Arrived with anticipation and no longer did we get to the makeshift reception we had parted with €100. You are charged a utility amount charged for towels charged for safe. The receptionist finish by saying you do get free wifi but the signals not that good.we got to our room which reminded me of 20 years ago this place needs...

As we live here in Lanzarote, our friends come over to visit us and stay there. it is their second time and always they are impressed. We are also, as the apartments are well equipped and cleaned on a regular basis. It is very close to the Strip but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

As a timeshare owner at this resort, we are always more than happy. The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the main strip where there are numerous restaurant and bars, many with live music. Also just a 45 minute walk along the strip to the old town. The apartments themselves are being constantly upgraded. New wifi due...

Wifi poor. Charges for almost everything - sunbed matresses, pool towels, safe, dvd hire. Maid service throughout week with linen/towel change. Only stayed 1 week here must say I prefer Costa Teguise. PdC too tourist for us. Problems somewhere with owners preventing upgrade of bar area which could be excellent if allowed to be. Excellent position as start of what...

I make this review as a CLC member. The resort is known as Diamond Club Calypso and this confused us as the reviews are under Apartments Club Calypso. The resort has several units with permanent residents. The remainder are Timeshare owners and CLC has now bought 6 units per week. Money gained by this purchase has been used to repair&...

This is a small gated resort with a key pad entry system. There are approximately 60 apartments on the site, 16 privately owned, 4 owned by Club La Costa and the remainder owned and rented under the old style time share system of the same week in the same apartment year upon year. We stayed in a one bed CLC...

We have just returned from a two week stay (Aug-Sept) at The Diamond Club Calypso resort, (timeshare exchange) in Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote. This is a small resort of approximately 40 apartments. Two storey high, 3/4 star, built in an u shape around gardens and two pools, kiddy pool and main pool, (quite deep). Along the length of the...

We traveled here with our friends who are CLC members. We arrived late about 10pm. At reception we were asked to pay 60 euros for deposit of apartment, plus 30 euros for utilities. Another 10 euros for hire of sun bed mattresses. The 'club house' was shut, so we had to find somewhere for a drink. There are a lot...
