Lovely small boutique hotel centrally located. Excellent attention to detail and every guest is made to feel special. Food in the restaurant is great quality and variety. Rooms are generous in size and well equipped. Staff were all very friendly. I used the spa for a facial and massage - both were excellent. A number of other guests were returnee guests which demonstrates the hotel excellence. Overall a great stay at the Lanis.

Thanks to Lanis again for another great stay. All staff fully demonstrate exceptional hospitality and customer service. The whole team; cleaners, reception, maintenance and restaurant staff consistently but quietly exemplify professionalism & integrity. Nothing really was too much bother and even the smallest requests were always delivered. It was a real pleasure to meet Jonathan again as he always goes “above and beyond”. A consistent and considerate welcome and service from Cosmin and Antonio. It’s always a pleasure to be at Lanis, a holiday location we are confident will be repeated on many further occasions. Looking forward to seeing you all again on our next visit.

The experience at Lani's Suites was exceptional and remarkable! From arrival to departure the service was exquisite! The welcome and attention to detail was impeccable. The complementary pick up at the airport was punctual and set the tone to what was to be a fantastic week in Lanzarote. The reception was full of warmth and care. A guided tour of the vicinity by the Manager, Jonathan was distinctive and much appreciated. The room was of an excellent standard and the additional touch to celebrate 2 special occasions was thoughtful and perfect. The staff at the restaurant were exemplary and so eager to please. Thank you, Farah, Betty, Manuel, Fernando and all the other staff. Nick and George were impressive and assisted with the private guided tour of Lanzarote. The food served in the restaurant was the best we tasted on the island. The staff that looked after the room twice a day paid attention to detail and were amazing. Much appreciated. We have just returned from a three night stay at Lani’s. This was our third time staying there. As always, the staff were outstanding, they couldn’t do enough for us and we will definitely return. Just some minor points that could improve things: - some people were reserving sunbeds by putting their belongings on them, then going off to breakfast. I think the staff should stop this from happening and remove the items immediately if people aren’t sitting by the pool - please bring back the iPads to order breakfast etc. Lani’s use a new system now where you scan a QR code on your mobile and it brings up their site. Every time we did this to order room service, it came up saying ‘room service is not currently available’ and we had to call the restaurant to order. We much preferred the iPad where you could just pick out what you wanted and order without phoning. If the iPads aren’t coming back, the site needs to be improved to make ordering online available/better - the towels by the door to the beach ran out, so this needs to be monitored more closely and additional sunbed covers need to be available, so that if someone needs a clean cover, one is available (they ran out while we were there) These small things aside (I am being picky), Lani’s is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing break. I loved the gift of cheese that we were given by the restaurant on our last day. I loved the drinks/snacks by the pool. We really appreciated availability in the restaurant at a time of our choosing, as we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant always looked busy, but they ensured that there was space for us. The singer on Saturday evening was very good, perhaps Lani’s could do this on more evenings, rather than just two nights of the week. The customer service at this hotel is world class, I can’t see how it can be beaten anywhere else. It’s friendly and not stuffy. Thank you and well done to all the staff.…

This is the third time I have visited Lani's Suites and as ever it didn't disappoint. They really have thought of everything and the service is top notch. Individual touches such as sunhats, welcome drinks and chocolates left in the room made the stay feel really special. In addition the food in the restaurant is of such a high standard and always consisently good. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed in suite 4 which had it's own private hot tub. Everything about this hotel is top quality and I am really looking forward to returning next year.

Stayed for 4 nights after having dined in the restaurant many times over the past few years . The staff , the suites , the restaurant and importantly the owner make Lani's a very special and unique experience . Some folk may think it expensive but you get what we can only describe as a one-off chance to be indulged by wonderful staff in paradise .

Probably one of the best hotel stays we have had over our years of traveling around the world. Other reviews sum it up really well and I don't want to repeat them, so the little things that make it for us are the attention to detail, such as being able to order something off menu, keeping our evening meal wine and delivering it to.our room in an ice bucket the next evening, a chilled sangria bought to our sunbed compliments of the hotel, a fridge by the pool full of free soft drinks and water, the sunhats and glasses with a beach bag in the room, and much more including some great live music. If you are looking for a relaxing time in an intimate boutique style hotel, then look no further - however your biggest challenge will be finding availability!

Lani's Suites Deluxe is a Fabulous hotel. the accommodation is excellent, the customer service is marvellous and the the whole experience is luxurious and relaxing. I'd give the restaurant a special mention too for its wonderful breakfasts and for consistently serving the best food on the Island. If you are looking for a chilled, romantic break there's nowhere better.

We stayed at the Lanis Suites for a total of eight days at the beginning of Feb. I can honestly what an unbelievable experience. First off we were greeted by the driver at airport who drove us to the destination - absolutely 1st Class, whilst checking in we were treated to champagne and beers. We were shown to our suite and seriously it was off the chart. Amazing comes nowhere close. Beautiful just beautiful and opted for Suite 25 which has its own balcony with views to die for. The place was so nice that we barely wanted to leave the suite ! When we did venture out for dinner the service at Lanis Suites was again 1st Class and food & drink on the same level. On the first morning the owner Lanis came and introduced himself and spoke to us - what an absolute gentleman. Really interesting guy and wow what a life he leads. You can be sure that he meets and greets everyone that stays. We had bubbles sent to the room as it was our anniversary. Honestly the staff and Lanis really couldn’t do enough for you. Please all do yourself a favour and book this place if going to Lanzarote. You’ll be blown away and thanks to all the staff who made us feel so welcome.
