Checked in to be told we were in rooms across the road ish. No map so wandered about for a while until we found a local to guide us. Thankfully I speak Spanish otherwise no hope! Food good. Bar/ lounge area dreadful. No atmosphere or staff normally. However great restaurants minutes away on seafront which is beautiful. Won't be going...

Had a lovely time at Palma Bay hotel. We stayed in the Habana building. Palma Bay is a landscaped complex on a gradient which includes the buildings of Acapulco, Copacabana and Hawaii. Across a road (zebra crossing) is the Habana and a bit further on there are the Rio, Gobi, Sahara and Nubia buildings. The complex has several pools but...

Well what can I say!? Me and my partner returned from a week here yesterday and it was the worst! The first day we got there they put us in the Gobi in a tiny box room & what they describe as a balcony (which they said our room had) was a window that didn't open properly on to the...

Arrived here on the 28th October, after reading the reviews To say I say I bit worried is un understatement. Got here, was not allowed in room to gone 2pm. Food isn't amazing but is something for everyone. Some of the staff are a bit rude but then other members of staff were fab, the cleaners, I can't fault them,...

3 night break with children 12,10 & 8. Very short distance from airport. Arrived at 1.15pm and checked in straight away. Made intense notes before went to advise of wheelchair and rooms next to each other as didn't do a room for 5 and was worried about being placed apart. We did receive rooms together and right at the back...

This resort is part of seven hotels situated in the back Streets of Palma. The type of area you would not allow your daughter to walk alone. The hotels themselves are badly managed with staff taking little or no interest in the guest. What was evident was the lack of cleanliness and the basic unkeep look of the resort. The...

Visited for 2nd time Oct 2016 . Because we had paid to stay in hotel which was full , we were allocated 2 villas at the top of the complex the accommodation was superb. Obviously newly refurbished , kind of Japanese theme , luxury bathroom . For my personal preference I would prefer not to be up the hill but...

Loved the hotel, check in was a little disappointing but to be fair, all signs at the hotel reception say that check in isn't until 2pm, at least they give you your all inclusive bands though. Predominantly caters for German people, but it's still a good hotel. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Great location for the beach and...

When I arrived at Palma Bay Club Resort we were told that we had to travel to another building to reach our accommodation which was through the complex across two roads and down a side street. Our room had no electricity, the shower hadn't been cleaned properly (there was sand still in there from the previous occupants) the water from...
