I enjoyed this place. We had an apartment on the 7th floor overlooking the pool. I want onto Tripadvisor and asked them for a pool view and also phoned them. On arrival I told Christine I had requested the pool view and she arranged it very efficiently. There is nothing wrong with this hotel at all, it is three stars...

Nice hotel very clean and tidy, with rooms cleaned and serviced most days. Food was good and varied, plenty of options. Pools and seating area very clean, tidy and safe for children with plenty of sunbeds and chairs available for everybody.Kids loved the entertainment and animal shows, that were on most nights. Especially Milana, who works tirelessly with the children and...

Was dreading stopping at this hotel after reading the reviews, but was nothing like expected. As long as you get room above fourth floor you should be okay. We had room 601 and it was superb, spacious ,clean, unbelievable sea view and maid service regularly. Food was edible and plenty of it,waiters were really friendly apart from blonde girl, but think that's just the...

The hotel it self is very old and tatty, yes I know it's 3 star but there should be some standards. We have always stayed 4 star and we are really not a picky family so wasn't expecting a hilton, but sadly this has been the worst holiday we have experienced. Thankfully the location and the beach saved it. Entertainment...

I need to begin by explaining that I dont normally write reviews..... but I feel I have to express how wonderful we found this holiday to counteract some of the childish, and inappropriate complaints I have found on T/A. This is a 3* hotel, not 4 or 5, and not a 2.... if you want free internet, mattresses on loungers...

Firstly I read the reviews and thought people were just being fussy, but this hotel is pretty rubbish. We arrived and all seemed ok, but were given a room on 2nd floor ( underground ) after specifically requested a higher floor on our reservation. We asked to be moved to higher floor and were told nothing available and to check...

The pool is fab now as has artificial turf around the area so no hot tiles to stand on Plenty of loungers - downside is you pay 2 euro for your lounger cushion and 2euro for an umbrella per visit to the poolside Wifi only in reception area and not free Dining room definitely not as good this time for...

We arrived late at night, everything seemed ok! Our room was lovely could have done with a revamp but not too bad. No air con :( the heat was unbearable had no choice but to hire a fan, had to also pay to use TV in the room. A friend of ours had money stolen out of his suitcase and...
