Manager unavailable to resolve an issue for a booking made 4 months in advance, very disappointed with hotels lack of interest. After contacting the hotel several times and being told that someone would contact me, there was no response from the hotel.

No not all rooms have a balcony. We were given a garden room on arrival which was dark and looking at a tree! We moved to the second floor which had a balcony looking out to sea, absolutely wonderful. On the day of our departure we were given a Complimentary room as our flight was late evening. This room was rather plain, no balcony, locked Windows looking out on the patio near the pool.
You need a guarantee of a balcony room looking out on the ocean!
