People are complaining about the water. There is only water available in the night in Moalboal. Therefore Cora made a big tank in the basement and a roof tank for the pressure during the day. A pump is pumping it from the basement to the roof tank. In the past this was done by Cora in the night and on...

Cora resides here also. She has a handful of rooms that are tidy, the beds are comfortable. We took a a/c room at 1000 php a night and extended once we had had a look around. Centrally located within spitting distance of many dive shops (that's what we are here for). It's not luxury, it's not snooty. It is down...

The place is just over the sardines but it's expensive for what you get, Cora is sometimes rude, she and her friends were partying and making noise at night while we tried to sleep, we also found a coakroach and other uncomfortable situation related with nudity. Don't go there. I regret not reading tripadvisor reviews before deciding

Cora, the owner of this cozy establishment made me feel welcome and at home. She gave me advice on what to do, where to go and was wonderful in every way. I fully recommend this place. It is quiet, clean has air con or fan and very cheap compared to other places with similar facilities. She also offers weekly deals...

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were shocked at the state of the facilities. It seemed constructed with light materials, there was even a big hole in the floor that they attempted to cover with a chair. But not knowing about it, my friend fell into the hole! We booked and paid for 3 rooms but just got 2! She...

Arrived here late on a Sunday night so took the only available room there, with an option to move to an ocean view on Tuesday. Room is basic with a fan, bathroom/shower all in one and good wifi. My new room was bigger but right on the ocean where all I had to do was walk down the stone stairs...

We stayed at Cora's Palm Court for 4 days and kept very much to ourselves.. The location was great (there seems to be two locations on trip advisor, we stayed right on the water along the main strip.. Not the one further up the road) we had room 1 which had a little balcony that looked over the water, the...

I and my girlfriend, we found this hotel on lonely planet guide :( we stayed at cora's during Christmas 2015 for 5 nights, because it's was the only room avaible in moalboal, later we have understood why... The only positive thing is the position, on the sea, in front sardines. The rooms suck, very battered and patched worse. If you...

We had the twin bedroom in at the street side which cost 900 pesos. The room was clean but that was it. The bathroom was so small that everything was wet when you took a shower. If there was water that is. They had no water for the showers a couple of days so we had to shower with buckets....

The price of 500 is the cheapest you'll find on the Moalboal beachfront. (Which by the way is overall way too expensive). Cora's rooms are basic and not really dirty but just bad. The paint peels of the wood and there are holes everywhere. The shower and toilet work but you might have to try Several times. The bed is...
