We were traveling south fro Westport and our original B&B booking fell through, so we wandered into Cong and found this great place. Definitely recommend, the owners were very nice and informative and the rooms and breakfast were very nice.

The first time we stayed at Ryans River Lodge was 14years ago and we have been back nearly every year since,in fact twice last year and twice this year already. When we booked in again on 3rd May,for a 3 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary,Martha had left a lovely bunch of white roses and a card in the...

We stayed here on May 2nd and May 3rd. This is a fabulous B and B with bedrooms overlooking a river and waterfall. The owners' are friendly, very efficient, very helpful regarding local amenities and sightseeing routes. Also overheard them providing advice and help to anglers staying over. Very professional, but also warm and welcoming hosts indeed. Large cooked breakfasts',...

My husband and I stayed at Ryan's River Lodge B&B in April for two nights, and had one of the best, if not the best, B&B stay we've yet experienced here in Ireland. Martha and David are wonderful hosts, and the third generation B&B is immaculate. Comfy, warm beds, delicious breakfasts, and numerous suggestions of excellent restaurants, and things to...

Comfy en-suite bedrooms overlooking the River Cong right in the centre of the village & walking distance to all amenities. The hosts were very friendly & accommodating even able to supply gluten free breakfast option for my...

Only complaint was the street light across from our room left the rooms VERY bright :\ We slept with the window open to stay cool and it was lovely listening to the...

Stayed 3 nights, and we're made extremely welcome by Martha and her Mum. Room was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very good, and the tariff was very reasonable. Very quiet location, but still in the centre of the village. Will definitely go back.

Ryan's is a really good B & B which is clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and the building was located only a very short walk from bars and restaurants for any other meals. It would be a good place to use as a base for touring Conemmara. I would be happy to recommend this place to other...

Our room was tiny but it did not matter. It was quiet as there is no pub below, unique for Cong. Martha gave us fantastic service and was a joy each morning as she looked after the breakfast service. Beds were comfy and shower had good power. Great service and nice location in Cong where you can walk to all...
