We stayed here for my 50th birthday with 7 friends/family. From start to finish I cannot fault the place. We were made to feel welcome straight away and shown to our tables for lunch, which was gorgeous and plentiful. We were then explained the process of our treatments and shown where the pool, changing rooms etc was. The hot stones treatment was to die for, highly recommend. As part of our package we were given platters of fresh fruit whilst enjoying the pool area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The evening meal was absolutely gorgeous and not one of us had a bad meal. The burger is huge. Breakfast in the morning was full cooked breakfast and help yourself to tea/coffee/juice as well as cereals and fruit. Our only issue we had was our room door didn’t lock, even though we pulled it too very hard that you couldn’t open, but came back bit later and it was open. We were concerned but then realised when we were in the room the door unlocked itself time and time again,so think it’s a mechanical issue and made staff aware following morning. All in all I would highly recommend the spa, restaurant, bar and all of the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

Woke up to fire alarm at 8am so had to evacuate, appeared to be a lack of staff this may have just been the times we needed assistance I’m not really sure. Clean and nice room. Had hair dryer and fan. Planned to use the swimming pool but decided against this as was not included in the price and would have been an additional £20 per person which we thought would be a little expensive for a two hour time slot. Thankyou for our overnight stay, slept well

We stayed here for one night on the way to Bangor university. The a la carte restaurant was really nice, the waitress and waiter were both really friendly. Food was very nice we had two soups. Room nice size - room 5. Bathroom nice size, had all the necessities - brew kit. Spa facilities AMAZING. perfect price at £7.50 each. It was lovely and quiet for us and we almost had all the sauna/steam room to ourselves. Would DEFINITELY book again.

Our Grandson booked for Sunday lunch for us and our Daughter. A very nice restaurant with excellent, friendly staff. Our meals were delicious and very well presented. We particularly loved the carrot and swede mash and the very large Yorkshire puddings. We hope we can visit again. Would highly recommend.

Visited the White House whilst visiting my son. Sunday lunch was superb - amazing roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Service was quick and staff very welcoming. Will definitely visit again when next in the area.
