After numerous phone calls from Britain we decided to stop over at the Hotel du Parc, relying on the many positive UK reviews. The staff was very friendly on the phone but on our arrival nobody expected us. We got help. as promised, with the luggage, had a drink in the cosy but modern Brasserie - few jolly locals joined...

Not a pleasant experience, on arrival the lady behind the bar did not have a clue how to book us in a little later a young man arrived and we were given our rooms keys. I would describe the rooms as being very small and the beds very uncomfortable. I had driven 500+ miles that day I told the staff...

What a find.  Perfect stopover on our way back from the south. Typically French in location, surroundings and also food which was such a refreshing change from the tourist fayre we had come from and much better value.  We had fun with the kids deciphering the menu using a combination of my schoolgirl French and Google translate.  Lovely setting in...

We stopped at the Hotel du Parc a few days ago on our way back from the south of France, as we have done many times since we first discovered it quite a few years ago. We always look forward to staying there and it has never disappointed. A 20 minute drive from the motorway through beautiful and peaceful countryside...

We stayed for one night en route to our holiday destination. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and clean. The village is quiet and very pretty. We had an excellent meal at the hotel in the evening and the waiter went out of his way to help us as our French is limited. The breakfast was fine with plenty...

Clean and quiet. All rooms seem to have their own personality. We stayed for one night - had a big meal in the restaurant, excellent wines, good food (somewhat basic, but good quality). Breakfast OK - could have used some eggs etc., but what was offered was good quality.

Arriving here is a picture postcard view of a typical french village. The sleepy town is well of the beaten track and really beautiful. The hotel is typically French and and although quite basic has a nice atmosphere, and it was clean. Dinner in the courtyard was really nice but as there is not much else nearby its also busy...

Easy to find, not far from the motorway, in a pretty, quiet village. The hotel is an extremely old building, full of character. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfy. Very clean and tidy. It was very quiet at night. We had a meal in the brassiere which was ok. Breakfast, there was a huge choice...

Situated just 5 mins. south of the A5, exit Chaumont, and 30 mins. west of Langres; on the corner of a film-set village square with chateau, church, hotel de ville, war memorial, ancienne pharmacie, boulangerie and PARKING. Reception rather improvised but well-meaning. Room basic but clean and spacey with wifi & tv (€71.50). GOOD BREAKFAST at €8.50 p.p. Choice of...

Easy to find and located in a picturesque small town with pretty river running through it. Ate in Brasserie which was ok, there is a more formal Restaurant as well but opted for the former to accommodate teenage children. On the road before breakfast, but able to stock up at Boulangerie just opposite. Good value averall.
