Never stayed a moxy and only found out at my stay it’s part of the Marriott group. It’s a trusted brand. Nice clean big room but great shower. It’s a bit no frills so there’s no kettle or coffeemaker or free bottle of water as you get in many other airport hotels. Dinner was also no frills - limited menu and you pick it up like on a bar. There’s a nice outdoor area and the airport free shuttle - every 20 min- stops opposite hotel. Hotel was understaffed with three people managing reception bar and mini market so queues formed. Nevertheless happy to stay at a moxy again

Check in was smooth. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was small but clean. Every thing worked. Room lighting was interesting and well designed. I've never seen a front desk that was combined with a bar. We are offered a welcome drink as we checked in. Pictures are a bit misleading. But it's still a decent hotel at a decent price for its location. Rather tricky to find and drive there if you have a car.

Lovely hotel near T2 at Malpensa. Accommodated our requests and very good communication. Easy check-in although we arrived really late and the room was prepared as requested. Very helpful staff - a very pleasant stay overall. Transfer between T1 and T2 is straightforward so makes it very convenient to stay here.

Stayed here for 1 night as arrived late in to Milan Airport. To get here from terminal 1 you just need to get the airport free shuttle bus that runs every 20 mins or so, it's well signposted in the airport. Check in was very friendly and the room was well designed and comfortable. We asked for a couple of extra pillows which we were provided with straight away. The food and drink options in the hotel are slightly on the pricey side but very good. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet too. Great value choice and would pick you stay here again.

the lobby is good, good atmosphere, food is good, fair price, staff polite and helpful but the room itself is old, not very well maintained. Require immediate renovation. The room was smelling "wet", not mould, but similar, maybe a deep cleaning could have solved that, I bet is the carpet. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and noise. I've complained with the receptionist about the smell but I have been told that all rooms are the same. Anyway, one off experience. I will not return or recommend.

I've had experience at other Moxys in Poland, so that led me to select this brand. It is pretty easy to get here from Terminal 1 at Malpensa - just take the airport bus across from the Sheraton (on-site) and you'll get to the Moxy in 10 minutes. From there, it's a very short walk from the airport bus drop-off point. The rooms are small but adequately equipped and neat. I was soooo surprised that there were stains on the fitted sheet (one looking "blood-ish" at the foot of the bed under the covers -- don't try to hide it there !!!!! ). That doesn't scream "Marriott brand" to me. The shower was really toasty and had excellent water pressure. I like the "muck" products as well. Closing the door is an art form - use your key card. Wifi is high-maintenance, but once you're on, it's great! Thanks for the great service at the front desk for check-in and check-out!…

The hotel was very quiet and quirky, staff were friendly and accommodating. The language barrier wasn't too bad with English. To get to the airport is expensive (Over $20) in a taxi as it is only 5 minutes away so it is best to get a free bus shuttle and walk 3/4 minutes.

Really not a good stay at the Moxy Malpensa Airport, which is apparently the first-ever Moxy in the chain. The hotel is by an abandoned terminal that is not in use, and there is literally nothing around the area. You have to wait outside to catch the shuttle which runs every 30 minutes in order to make it to the terminal itself, which is a long bus ride away. (I also dropped my rental car off at the airport the day before, and took the bus ride back to the hotel, which was eternal.) Our room was on the first floor and the shower was disabled accessible, which was a disaster as water was all over the bathroom floor after every shower. Mum bathroom amenities, with bottles affixed to the wall, were cheap and not good. I appreciated the kitchen options (we had pizza and beer) and the foosball table was fun. But the beds weren't that comfortable; we had to leave early in the morning to catch our international flight back, and the short stay wasn't very relaxing. I wouldn’t stay here again.…

Hi Ladodgerone, we are really sorry that your stay at the Moxy hotel Malpensa was not totally satisfactory. Unfortunately the terminal was indeed still closed, and is actually still closed now, the opening will be in spring 2023. We are also sorry to read that the bed was not comfortable and the amenities were not appreciated. Mattresses are the same in every Moxy and we change them regularly. Regarding the amenities, they are the same in every Moxy too and are brand approved; Marriott is very sensitive to this point and we can confirm that is not a cheap product. We hope to see you again, maybe after the terminal reopening and we will try our best to make your stay a better experience. Thank you for your feedback.

Lovely overnight stay before a long Flight back to the states! I decided to stay at the airport so I didn’t rush or miss my Noon flight back to America. While the Sheraton is closer, Moxy is more “hip” and better priced as it’s at Terminal 2 which is no longer in use but there are airport shuttles that will take you there. They also offer a AAA discount on the Marriott App. I checked in late at night and Roland was very helpful. There is staff working at the convenience food/bar/caffe area 24/7 so you can get a wine or snack at your convenience which is great for being stuck at the airport st 2am. The rooms were simple and did the trick for an airport hotel. I slept nice and the wash amenities was good. I was able to enjoy the breakfast buffet before I left which included cappuccino, cheese selection, eggs, cereal, salad and gluten free bread was offered. In general you must think of it as a “hip” hotel fit for Gen Z or millennials. Note: It was good I stayed near the airport bc getting to checkin + gate for an American airline like Delta takes at least 80 minutes because checkin and passport control is at the farthest gates possible.
