Small hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, rooftop deck with view of the Hill of Seven Colors, comfy chairs in the lobby, delicious breakfast (and you can ask for eggs), delicious & reasonably priced dinner, friendly helpful staff. In one of my favorite places in Argentina. The price was very reasonable in July.

Located two blocks from the foot of the colored hill, the hotel is perfectly fine. We had a large room with two spacious beds with varieties of lighting, a nice efficient bathroom with attractive touches of tile and stained glass windows. The staff, though no to minimal English spoken, were friendly and helpful. Attractive room for a standard buffet breakfast;... More

Thank you very much for choosing Marques de Tojo. It´s a pleasure for us that you have liked the hotel. In case you decide to visit Purmamarca again, we can recommend you to drink a craft beer from Jujuy in the hotel terrace overlooking the Seven Colour Hill. We can also suggest you 3 or 4 shops which sell local... More

The Marques de Tojo is a pleasant stay. It is centrally located near the town plaza. The rooms are comfortable although a little cluttered. The lighting in the room was poor. WIFI is available and adequate for email but struggles with much more than that. The restaurant is good with local cuisine. The breakfast which is included if very good.

The location of the hotel was great. It was just far enough from the center to be quiet, yet close enough to walk anywhere. The room was large and beautiful, and the bed was great. The wifi was not too strong, but you could get it in the lobby. The pool seemed kind of dirty, and not too inviting to... More

This hotel is in a good location ( especially to see the Seven Coloured Hills) and the staff are very helpful. But the pool was very dirty - even my husband would not swim and he is not picky. Also the wifi was weak and only worked in the lobby/lounge and then not very well. Towels were a little threadbare.... More

Great hotel, we would certainly go back there. Beautiful view on the seven-colour mountain. The pool was small and could be cleaner but the rest of the hotel was clean and beautiful with a great atmosphere.

The interior is maybe a bit conventional and as such not really "boutique", but the hotel is reasonably new, very clean, and comfy; the location is not exaclty in the centre of the village (which in any case only takes 5 minutes to cross...), so a bit quieter. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the courtyard is nice to chill... More

This hotel is one of the most unusual I've stayed at. However the rooms are large, the staff are friendly and helpful and we had a terrific view from our room. Breakfast in the dining room was very enjoyable. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner which didn't seem very effective. Nevertheless we recommend this hotel as part... More
