The place is central in petit Saguenay, about 4km from the pier with stunning views over the fjord. Conveniently, there is a gas station and a super market just across the street. We were in room 10, at the opposite end of the house with regard to the reception, the wifi connection was rarely working and has very weak signal....

we stayed just one night & had the whole auberge to ourselves. the rooms were very clean, the girls loved the decor in their room but not in ours.. the owners were very helpful & full of information about the region as we needed to be gone early they proposed to chose the breakfast on the night before so that...

If you are up in Saguenay country, make sure to plan a layover at this lovely auberge to enjoy its relaxed atmosphere and lovely setting. At night, you can hear the silence. The owners were helpful and ready to do anything to make our stay memorable. The property is rather unique, well cared for and exceptionally clean. Nothing is lacking,...

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an inntravel holiday around Quebec. The host Marie Jose is lovely and incredibly helpful regarding activities in the local area, providing maps and leaflets and advice. We ate here both nights of our stay and the food was good, this was the first hotel we stayed in which had a choice...

The grounds were pleasant and the rooms (like a motel) were adequate. However, the decor was as if the victorian style had been tried to be updated. The owners were pleasant enough but were sometimes hard to find. The breakfast menu was the same every day but we were duly presented with it every morning. Two pieces of already buttered...

Stayed here on an Inntravel holiday so can't comment on the costs to stay here. It was just a bit early for the summer season when we stayed so it was very quiet, the rooms were a good size and clean, plenty of clean towels, but a lack of towel rails! Bed large and comfortable. No air conditioning, but it...

Absolutely pristine auberge in the lovely little town of Petit Saguenay. Looks as if it was built last year, because it's incredibly well cared for. Large room has external and internal entrances. Public areas beautiful; far more spacious than expected in a B&B. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Proprietors very helpful with advice. Note that it's 90km from Chicoutimi, so the...

Lovely place, spacious room. Nice area to sit out in the back, with a great cliff view. Our 2 kids especially loved that they could run around. Friendly folks running the place. Great breakfast. They also serve dinner, but we couldn't eat there because we are vegetarians. ~4 kms from the Petit-Saguenay Quai (quay?), which is very beautiful. Pretty close...

just a few yards off the highway, the inn didn't look at all like anticipated. it may be because we don't speak french, but the cordial innkeeper of other's reviews, wasn't in our case. when we asked for a vegetable plate for dinner, she said they didn't honor special requests and sent us to a diner/dive next door. an alternative...
