Situated in Yvoire, one of the most beautiful villages of France 30 km of Geneve, villa Cecile is offering the best services concerning the esthetic of the room and the food of its restaurant. Combining view of the lake with the view of the forest and the proximity of the village. However I met better spa in my life... The... More

A good base to visit the area. (We stayed for 4 nights). Be aware that the hotel is quite close to a road and under the flight path for planes landing at Geneva airport. Our room was a decent size with a separate loo and bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the garden. We could glimpse the lake through the... More

This hotel is outstanding, the evening meals were just amazing, the service/staff were perfect, we had the cheapest hotel room and it was beautiful - very comfortable mattress and bedding, it even with an original oil painting. it is a 5 minute walk to Yvoire and overlooks the lake. We have not stayed in other hotels in Yvoire - but... More

The Villa Cecile is part of the same group as owns the Hotel du Port in Yvoire . On this occasion it was early Dec so Yvoire and this hotel were very quiet . Nevertheless the quality of the room was good , the included continental breakfast was adequate , and the service was friendly . There are nice views... More

We stayed in this hotel with my company, very nice location, the rooms are nice and modern. We had dinner at the hotel, which was good, nothing special and even a little disappointing for the place, I expected more. This was the second time we have been there. Hotel top, food average

My wife and I stay in villa Cecile for 2 nights during the weekend, it's in wonderful location - walking distance to the town and easy to find. We stayed in the pool view double room, the room is not very big but okey size. There is a spa downstairs which is not bad, the food is very good -... More

Lovely room, perfect for a family, you get 2 nice rooms next to each other with a private corridor. The location is fantastic, views on the pretty lake and walking distance from the breathtaking yvoir village. The restaurant was a great surprise- although quite empty the food was divine and the service impeccable! My girls liked the spa, didn't go... More

Nice place, totally remodelled recently, with view on the lake, quiet and a stone throw to the historical village center. We came for the village AND the spa that the hotel advertised. The price, not cheap at all, included the entries to the spa, but not the breakfast. Unfortunately, beside the room, nice and cosy but really small, the spa... More

This place is great but not for January as the restaurant is closed and not much to do around and the rooms are very much for summer! I would go back! The staff is very pleasant. We stayed here for two nights! Very clean and cosy!

Great hotel, owner speaks good English. I have stayed here twice and found the hotel exceptional, very clean great rooms and service. Well worth a visit in a fabulous location in the medieval village of Yvoire over looking the lake. Stay here as an alternative to Geneva which is very expensive and take the boat across the lake to visit... More

“The rooms facing the lake while facing north-east are great in the spring. Last time, at the end of May, we had a room facing west over the pool and it was great. Choose the 2nd or 3rd floor. They have an elevator. Outdoor parking is free and they're also a secured parking lot for a mere fee.”
