Le pre de la cure is a very nice hotel, with a good decoration, wifi everywhere. The facilities are lovely, there is a great indoor swimming pool, nice jacuzzi. The lake facing rooms have beautiful views ( especially room 24). The owners are Very very welcoming and helpful! We stayed with our young children and we all really enjoyed Our...

We had a celebration lunch at this family run hotel and restaurant. We were 8 at table, and had booked. The menu was local, and varied. There was a la carte and fixed price available without any restrictions. All our choices were beautifully presented and delicious, from the filets de perche (as close as you'll get to fish and chips...

Over and over people reviewing this hotel comment on the unsmiling, unfriendly, clinical approach towards its guests by some of the staff. Unfortunately it was true for us too. Hospitality and service were almost absent. We arrived around 4:30pm to enter an empty reception area while staff bustled around paying no attention of us until the manager arrived after several...

We went for the €53 menu and what a feast. Maybe a feast diminishes the quality of food we had but it sumptuous. I would probably go for the cheaper menu next time as by the time we got to the cheese we so full! Also the fillet de perche looked really good and it wasn't on our menu but...

We’re British, both in our 60s, and we stayed for three nights. We had a nice room facing the lake which had a balcony (though its fair to point out it wasn’t a panoramic view, but still very good). It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evening - and in the morning. It’s all decorated, furnished...

We stayed here one year ago and decided to include a return visit in our 6 week holiday in Europe. The hotel is well situated to the beautiful old town, the car parking is great, our room had a nice balcony with lovely view of Lake Geneva. Most of the staff are friendly, but unfortunately the lady on reception, the...

Shortly after my wife and I first met ten years ago we took a trip on a lovely day on a ferry from Geneva to Ivoire. Appalled by the rank touristic nature of the restaurants we encountered when we disembarked, we kept on walking until suddenly it all cleared and there was the Pre de la Cure. Returning this Bank...

This is an excellent place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. Great location, beautiful views, ecellent food at the restaurant and good service. We loved the big indoor pool, and our big room with a balcony overlooking the old town. We could happily have stayed here longer.

In June and July 2014, we house swapped with a couple in Hermance, Switzerland,so had no need of accommodation. A pity, since a cursory sneak peek indicated the hotel offered charm, cleanliness and great ambience. We did however, patronise the restaurant - often! The short drive from Hermance to Yvoire, the dirt cheap and convenient public parking, the village, the...
