Stayed for 3 nights with my partner in one of the air-conditioned cottages. Excellent design and layout of the cottages with fine attention to details. Lovely views over the sea during meals, which were excellent - some of the best food we have in the Philippines. Very friendly, cheap scooter hire, peaceful ambience with not too many people. Only downside... More

The resort had an amazing view. You'd never get enough of it. The sunsets and the sunrises were exquisite to watch on their restaurant. I was hesitant to go to Siquijor, but this resort felt like home! The staff were so nice and so helpful, I couldn't stop talking about the people in Siquijor when I got back in the... More

Stayed for two nights in a fan room facing the beach. The room was sufficient for a solo traveller like me. I love the wide bed with mosquito net! It was a cute room, esp for the price and location, it was v good. I love the service as well. Their resto was also good. Price and food was a... More

I'm a traveler. It means I travel most of the time world wide. Not often you encounter a place that makes you really happy. This is one of those places. I stayed in a wood hut without air con, but I had all that is needed- especially the best balcony for my hummock nights. All is so well taking care... More

We had a wonderful stay here, given a family room for off season rates with mosquito net, screens on the windows, doors opening on a private balcony, hammock, outdoor tile tub, hot water, and a restaurant with exceptional food and service by young Filipina tourism graduates. Japanese owners keep this place topnotch. Loved it. Took a snorkeling trip out to... More

I stayed at Villa Marmarine for three (3) nights last June 2016. I stayed at the small cottage nearest the beachfront. The place is very peaceful and quiet, and the cottage is small, but cozy, clean and comfortable. I experienced low water pressure at the cottage during a certain time, but no big deal for me, since I can store... More

This hotel is for the win. Room is very large and is very antique like. Room has complete amenities though the wooden floors makes it scary to walk sometimes. You'll also have to put down the blinds so that the people outside won't see you. Staff is very helpful and even gave us a very serene setup during our candlelight... More

We stayed for a couple of nights. Place is 5-10 minutes away from the port by tricycle or motorbike. My friends were able to buy some basic stuffs from a grocery store about 5-10 minutes away as well, near the "Welcome to Siquijor" landmark, which is near the port area as well. We rented the Take Cottage. It was spacious... More

The only thing disappointing about MarMarine Village is their rooms. The room interior was amazing. It had an old, rustic Filipino-Japanese interior, which I liked, however, I was disappointed with how dusty the windows and the shelves are. The bed makes a creaking noise when you move while sleeping. The windows don't have curtains. Most of all, the water system... More
