The hotel is generally very nice and well maintained. All areas very clean and comfortable and the rooms were a good size with all the usual amenities, except lacking in a kettle! (Also, you have to pay for a room safe if required). Unfortunately, we had requested a room which was above ground floor, but were actually given a room...

Well run hotel with good amenities. Spa is very good at €15 and it has a free gym (with proper gym equipment). A heated outdoor pool is a blessing as well as a cold pool. One poor point is that you were only allowed a free 60mins per 24hrs WIFI access and you were never sure of what time it...

Usually I am very critic but after one week in this hotel I just have to say - the place is great, the staff is great!!! The resort is very nice located, lovely view, sunny terasse, great for relax and sunset watching... Spacious and clean rooms, nice and clean pools (warm and cold in the winter), tastefull dishes, some activities,...

By far the worst hotel that I have ever been to. It is really disgusting in every aspect. The food is horrible specially the breakfast. Thr cold, low quality and boring food makes you sick after a couple of days. The dessert (if you can cakl it dessert) is only small bananas and sour oranges that I think thet grow...

We decided on this hotel due to a free spa treatment and spa access. We were told on arrival (although we paid through booking.com) That we would not be getting a free Spa treatment.... nor the access to the spa! We found the male receptionist very rude who eventually said he would sort this for us. (Got us spa access)...

Just got back after one week over Christmas, the Christmas dinner was really superb, great selection of food and drinks. The food is really good, breakfast lunch and dinner, we were all inclusive, local drinks menu very limited. This caters mainly for French visitors, they do try to cater for other nationalities also! The French entertainment team were superb, with...

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2016. Area: We would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have trouble walking, enjoy life around you, want to go for walks as this is not near a resort centre. This hotel is out of the way and to walk to the nearest shop you have to...

Please... lets be honest... if you have trouble walking and you choose this Hotel, that means that you didn't take the correct choice, you didn't see the Hotel description, and you didn't know haw the Hotel was. Under this frustration, who was unfriendly????.... Staff received every one with a smile. We do not have anythings agains to anyone... Bet if...

We stayed in this Hotel one week. We've got a luxury room but we had to ask to change it because the room was so noisy and we could hear everyone word of our neighbours and the whole room had a terrible smell of mould so we changed for a standard room and then was great! Only the swimming pools...

We have just returned from a super holiday here. Hotel was of very high standard, food was great, staff were very very nice. Anna in particular was a little star! Spa was so relaxing! Sun shone every day, the surroundings are well maintained. We would definitely like to visit here again some time in the near future! 😊😊😊

We have just returned from a wonderful, much needed, week's holiday made all the more special by certain staff. A huge thank you to Francesco de Luca OUR supreme bar man, as well as Anna and Jennifer who were totally brilliant entertainers. The food (we were on half board) was excellent with a huge selection in the morning and every...
