I can recommend to anyone this spa, it was a wonderful time of de -stressing and relaxing. The place is immaculate and on the day we visited very quiet, so we practically had the place to ourselves. The cost of using the whole spa was very good value for money and they also have special offers so that you can...

My husband and I had the misfortune to stay here from 16th to 23rd April. The hotel is old and it shows in the various ongoing patchups being done when we were there. The décor is more suited to the 1980's than the present. The public rooms are dark and dreary and manned by a largely disinterested staff (when you...

We regret that your Holidays was not to up your liking .... It is right ... 4 hours flying it is not, to be uncomfortable.... it is not logical ... But you misinterprets the truths and lets, whoever reads, showing have a different vision of reality. You do not have sea view, at least you do not reserve, and if...

The rooms were awful, the beds uncomfortable, the staff unfriendly, unhelpful, the manager so awful I don't know how he is in a hotel. The food is disgusting - cold slop. No quality or standards. The waiter even swore while serving my mother and I. Disgusted.

Just come back from 10 nights on HB. This is not a posh hotel but has a nice open feel to it. Well spaced out rooms, large pool area with plenty of sun beds Surrounded by gardens. The spa pools are good. 90% French holidaymakers but at no time did we feel outsiders.(the young French animation team were particularly welcoming). Check-in,...

I booked a spa day here with girl friends , the spa was absolutely brilliant...... but we also paid an extra €15 for lunch and it was disgusting, and that's no exaggeration, food was stewed, looked like it had been there for hours, too frightened to eat the fish part of the buffet, no staff around to help with the...

(Grand Callao, Canaries) was advertised as a four star Hotel which did not live up to a four star rating. The hotel grounds itself were beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect for our short break away and just what we needed. However on arrival the staff were not welcoming or friendly. The first room we got given was near the car...

Just sitting waiting on our taxi back to airport so decided this is a good time to write review Cannot fault this hotel at all, the staff have been extremely polite and helpful from check in right the way through our week stay. Nothing was to much trouble from bar staff to restaurant staff. I read some negative reviews prior...

The hotel is generally very nice and well maintained. All areas very clean and comfortable and the rooms were a good size with all the usual amenities, except lacking in a kettle! (Also, you have to pay for a room safe if required). Unfortunately, we had requested a room which was above ground floor, but were actually given a room...

Well run hotel with good amenities. Spa is very good at €15 and it has a free gym (with proper gym equipment). A heated outdoor pool is a blessing as well as a cold pool. One poor point is that you were only allowed a free 60mins per 24hrs WIFI access and you were never sure of what time it...

Usually I am very critic but after one week in this hotel I just have to say - the place is great, the staff is great!!! The resort is very nice located, lovely view, sunny terasse, great for relax and sunset watching... Spacious and clean rooms, nice and clean pools (warm and cold in the winter), tastefull dishes, some activities,...
