We came here as part of our honeymoon trip and everything about this place is PERFECT! The rooms are so clean & bright, and really nicely decorated. The pool is just amazing- it’s always in direct sunlight and there’s plenty of different day beds/seating around the pool to choose from. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main harbour and is really close walking distance to other bars & restaurants, but it’s set back from the main road and hidden away from the noise, which is idyllic. Everything we tried on the menu was so tasty! All the food and juices were so good. The staff are all extremely friendly and nothing is too much for them. You see them cleaning around the pool and hotel everyday, maintaining it to look as good as it does. We wish we could have stayed here longer, it’s pure paradise! We will 100% come back here in the future! Thank you Koho for helping make our honeymoon so amazing!!…
We stayed at Koho as part of our honeymoon travels and were thrilled to find the tranquil, boutique style hotel had everything we were after. Kind, friendly staff, a pool with relaxing cabanas and loungers, delicious food and drinks. Marwan, especially, was very attentive and such a lovely person. We really enjoyed his Caprioskas too - these must be added to the menu! One small detail was not acknowledged, that we were on our honeymoon and had put in a special request for this to have some flower arrangements but, overall, everything was fantastic. We’d highly recommend!
Spent a few days at the Koho recently. The place is beautifully designed, light and bright, two pools and lots of lounge areas, very well kept and cleaned. The rooms were cool and clean, nice open air bathroom and amenities incl. a small fridge, good bed and pillows. The staff were super attentive, knew us immediately by name, and had a happy family vibe. The Koho is placed just a hop from the beach and the main restaurant strip, but is still quiet and secluded. You can easily just spend a day here at the pool. Breakfast was good and contemporary, and they also have a nice all day menu. Best place I’ve stayed in the Gili’s by far!
We have spent 3 days in this hotel and we loved our stay. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and with a very nice decoration. The staff and the food has been excellent. We would like to come back again! 100% recommended.
Thank you one more time for this amazing time! Your hotel is so awesome. 1) clean 2) amazing localization (500m from ferry station) 3) Personal, manager they took care of us 4) owner of this hotel is also amazing, he helped us a lot. If you looking for some special place with fair budget and you want to fell good, this is the right place.
Hendra is the sweetest man with a heart of gold. We arrived amidst the COVID-19 madness and the hotel was actually closed for a few days renovation and booking.com had screwed up, but Hendra honoured the booking and insisted on having us stay anyway. He quickly prepared a gorgeous room, gave us fresh coconuts while we waited and everything was ready within 10 minutes! The staff were all so friendly and happy, the pools were stunning, rooms always clean and bright and beautiful. The entire vibe and feel of the hotel is relaxed, homely, and very Mediterranean. We wished we’d booked to stay here for our entire Gili Air trip!
My daughter found this hotel and our stay there turned out to be the highlight of my month in Indonesia. After the hustle and bustle of Bali this new boutique hotel is an absolute delight. The rooms are gorgeous with clever outdoor showers. The hotel is one street away from the more touristy areas, being one street to the beach in one direction and one street to the Main Street in the other direction. Breakfast was fantastic every day and we tried three out of the four breakfast choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Marwan stood out above all the others. He introduced himself as soon as we arrived and asked us about ourselves. From then on he greeted us by name on every occasion and went out of his way to chat. He spoke with me in Bahasa Indonesia after finding out I’d studied at University, and similarly spoke Spanish with my daughter after finding out she had studied it at University. I could not recommend this hotel more highly, and will certainly return there again on my next visit to Indonesia.…
This hotel is nestled just off the main street and harbour so it’s extremely convenient to locate. It has a Greek feel to it with all the white rooms and aquamarine pool. It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff take such great care to maintain the grounds. The rooms are gorgeous - right out of Pinterest. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was so delicious. We also ordered food by the pool and it was better than half food we had outside the hotel. The staff are what sets this place apart. They take time to remember your name and talk to you. They go beyond to make you feel so taken care of. Yayak, Heri and the bar team were absolutely wonderful. We would come back just to spend more time with them.
New little hotel. Staff were so lovely. Food was so great loved the nachos by the pool and yum fresh breakfast, they let us order breakfast early before our dive which was great. Nice and quiet in Jan, so it was nice and peaceful. Great location short walk to carry bags to the ferry (pls don't use the horse carts!) close to great restaurants and the beach. Only thing is (same with all places we stayed in Lombok) they need (non-painted wood) drying racks for wet clothes. They fill up glass drinking bottles and committed to reducing plastic which is great.
Stayed at the Koho Air for a week and loved it. Service was amazing - the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. The hotel is super clean. Food is a 4/5 - menu could be more diverse especially the breakfast menu. Overall, I had a great stay and would return and recommend the hotel.
