We just spent two nights there and it really is a spectacular pacific coast setting and food is great, staff is friendly. A few years ago we stayed in one of the tent rooms and it was quite nice. This time it was a room in the "hotel" and the accommodations were low grade. No internet (desk said it was...

Over priced for this older motel like setting. Very little to no parking. Poor location made it necessary for us to travel for exploring and outings several times. View was beautiful but no beach access. Staff were nice.

This was our second stay at Rockwater, and we enjoyed it a great deal. It's a beautiful location on the Sunshine Coast, and staying in the tent house affords wonderful views of the water and the islands beyond. The swimming pool is a real pleasure on a hot day, especially after a two hour + hike in Smugglers Cove Provincial...

We left Lions Bay in our 22' boat for an amazing journey up the Sunshine Coast. While we had stopped near Davis bay for a glass of wine a large whale came under our boat & surfaced a few feet from the bow of the boat,WOW it was incredible. The gps was telling us we were getting close to the resort &...

My wife and I had booked a 2 night stay at an ocean view cabin this past week.Well what we got was an outdated shed with an ocean view if I had logged out a few large trees and moved some other cabins out of the way. Don't let them give you cabin #5 if you are paying for an...

Overall, was an excellent place to get away for our 25th Wedding Anniversary! Was a great experience staying in the tent house overlooking the water and listening to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks while laying in bed.

Restful and private stay. Surreal views. Found 17 starfish on one rock alone. Nice location--close to Medeira Bay and Sechelt. Snuggle Cove hike is close too. Book massages I advance as they were booked up x 3 days when we arrived.

What a location. A very romantic gateway. The tents are amazing, being in the middle of the coastal forest with amazing views and having all the amanities of a 5 star resort in your tent is difficult to imagine but made real here. We visited the coast in the summer but I can imagine how beautiful it will be in...

This is a small hotel and be warned if there are weddings on they take over. There were weddings both nights of our stay. There is no lounge area or place to sit for a pre dinner drink apart from round the pool. The rooms which have been updated are good but the older style rooms are not. Our first...

I never thought this would jolt to the top of the rankings on my favorite place to stay, but it did. My girlfriend and I didn't want to leave. The view was stunning, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I've never felt more at peace. Please rent a kayak and go to Jeddah Point and see the seals...
