Once you enter the hotel service starts terrible especially the person behind front desk. I really don't recommend this place. Rooms without hot water also. Facilities are fare but the lack of service makes the place uncomfortable. The hotel is not what you seen in pictures.

We loved this place! The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly. The food at their restaurant delicious with a gourmet touch of exotic blend of flavors! Also lots of outdoors activities like kayaking and within minutes of the place. Can't wait to go back!

I stayed with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) for 3 days. The room was good and clean. The swimming pool was great, my kids loved the place. Great beaches near the hotel. But... Not good food options. I tried the Sirloin steak OMG! Do not try. At our last day at the restaurant they didn't have electricity; the...

This hotel is located in a beautiful spot with terrible service. Hotel rooms are hideous as well as the care given to the facilities around the pool. You are giving vouchers for your breakfast and your dinner which are horrible with an extremely limited choice of plate. Karaoke music during dinner keeps guests from having A nice relaxing dinner as...

The hotel entrance from the street can be deceiving. i thought; OMG this hotel is abandoned or what!, but after we passed the narrow reception the view opens to a small paradise of great beach views, dawns and beautiful white sand. The place is completely hidden from the town noise, it is really peaceful. The food is really good and...

We spent last Thanksgiving weekend on this place. Overall the place needs desperately some infrastructure improvements. First, I will start with the room: The beds frames were old and shaky, mattresses were pretty hard and pillows smelly. The bathroom was small with dirty floors and not much hot water many nights. The floors was made of tiles but full of...

I have to start saying that the food is great... Probably one of the best ive tasted in a hotel. We stayed here on a crazy long weekend adventure. We are locals from the north side of the island and have a lot of experience with hotels this one is not the best but it definitely has potential. The hotel...

This hotel is a great one if you want quiet and lovely full of night stars heaven. We chose room/suite 122, the best of all, total privacy. Beds and pillows are excellent. The Cabo Rojo Lighthouse is not far from the hotel and walk to it is better than use the car, you will enjoy the view while walking.

Went in July 2014 for a wedding nearby. It was beautiful but more for couples. Visitors aren't allowed and have to pay. The walk in the beach was nice, but not clear enough to take a dip in the water. The pool was beautiful overlooking the water. The restaurant was ok, but not very entertaining.

We purchased a two night stay from Gustazos and the pictures showed a great hotel. The pictures are old! First impression was bad as the area has a smell that is die to the location of the hotel near mangroves and salt processing area. We decided to try to ignore the smell and then we checked in. The room had...
