We discovered this resort four or five years ago and have been staying there in this Hotel once or twice a year ever since. It's relatively small, what would now be called a "boutique" hotel, The location is perfect, with sea views on one side while the other overlooks the very pretty harbour. Sitting by the pool you get a...

We booked a superior room on the 1st floor. We had room 232 (I think) overlooking the sea, disappointment was that the dining room was beneath and the air conditioning outlet was between our room and room 230 next to us. We had a balcony but were unable to sit outside due to droning din which started at 06.30 and...

I spent a week here. Great staff, particularly the multi-lingual Renate. The food was very varied and good quality. The setting was wonderful - right on the sea and very quiet. I would recommend is hotel.

We had booked the Apartments THe Puerto de Mogan, but 'upgraded' to the Hotel when were found them disappointing. So ended up spending €300 (£240) per night half-board over Christmas for a Junior Suite. It was more than we had intended to spend, but in the end we enjoyed the experience and liked the hotel. The room (no. 214) was...

Nice spacious and clean room. Lovely roof terrace and quiet location with the apartments among bougainvilleas. Nice pool facilities and indoor spa. Food was very good each night. But service could be a little quicker as there were sometimes too few people serving at dinner. Especially when it got very busy. Overall an enjoyable stay and good value for money.

This hotel has many good points: a fabulous location, mostly excellent staff, high levels of cleanliness and good facilities. The sea-side, sun lounger area with Bali beds (25€ per day, with cava, fruit, water) never felt crowded (mid-December) and it was a perfect sun-trap. There are steps into the sea (very cold) but the outdoor pool was also (too) freezing!...

The location and setting on the sea is excellent however that was not enough. The hotel is more like an average 3 star establishment. It is a hotel of contradictions...... There is a pillow menu!! and an attempt at a turn down service plus freshly squeezed orange juice is on offer at breakfast. These are 5 star services but the...

We booked a standard apartment with half board, the apartment smelt and looked onto a dingy car park. We discusses our concerns with the reception who were very helpful, the on duty manager, Paco, who was very pleasant allocated us another apartment which was better. Food in the hotel is adequate, I had concerns on how long the food stood...

This was our first stay at this Hotel / apartment. It is a fabulous location with amazingly courteous, helpful and friendly staff... . There was some mix up re rooms with our Booking, having booked independently on their website which to say is confusing. I booked a standard room half board at Hotel . . . Or so I thought...

Having stayed in the hotel apartments in Puerto de Mogan several times, we knew what to expect. However this time things were even better than last time. We stayed in a superior apartment which had recently been refurbished to a fantastic standard. Everything was of excellent quality, fittings, furniture, soft furnishings and kitchen equipment, we wanted for nothing. The welcome...
