I believe this is the best 5 star hotel in Macau. I’ve stayed in most of top tier hotels in Las Vegas(Aria, Wynn, Venetian, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan), but our experience at Morpheus exceeded all these Vegas hotels by far, in terms of service, amenities and hotel quality.

We arrived Morpheus from a redeye flight from LAX 10am in the morning. Initially there was some misunderstanding that caused delay in my check-in process. Vickie(Front Operations Manager) intervened and resolved our problem promptly. To apologize for the misunderstanding, Vickie was able to check us in 12 in the noon and extended our checkout to 4pm the next day.
During our stay, any ask for drinking water or clean towels is just a phone call and delivered within 10 minuets. I had in-room dining around 11:30PM, food quality was great, both delivery and cart removal were on-time.
We had brunch at 30th floor second morning, food and service are hands down amazing.
Upon departure, checkout process was very smooth; bell attendant came quickly and helped us with luggage. Called taxi for us.
Location is also great, it’s walking distance to Venetian, Parisian and Londoner.
