I stayed at the Sky Tower on a relatively mid level floor. My room faced the Cotai Strip in the direction of the Parisian, Effiel Tower and Studio City. Sky Tower is closer to the Sands Shoppes and to the overhead footbridge that connects across the strip to Venetian etc. Along the footbridge, there are outdoor viewing areas of the strip on both sides which you can get good photo opportunities for the Eiffel Tower or the Venetian on the other side.
