I couldn't imagine that I did live in that kind of old fashioned hotel! Many stuffs in the room were broken, the carpet was dirty, the kettle was broken, how could the hotel asked me to pay a thousand dollars per night

My relatives and I went to the hotel front desk to check in on 13 Jun 2015 around 10pm. Everything went OK until we paid the room deposit. The lady served us was so rude and unprofessional. After putting my credit card through, she kept urging me to sign on the receipt while I was checking whether she had done...

I was in Macau with a bunch of friends during the labor day long weekend. A friend of mine had booked a couple of rooms at the hotel so I had no idea about the service, room etc. until I arrived. To be honest, I hadn't even checked on other reviews on Tripadvisor until now. I would fairly rate this...

I am currently staying here with a friend of mine, we book this hotel through a travel agent in HK ferry, we took the offer simply it is the cheapest price there is, and we were naive to think hotels in macau can't be too bad as with the reputation macau has in travel business, DAMN WE ARE SO WRONG!!!...

I and my partner were looking for a hotel in Macau last July 2014 when a travel agency in HongKong recommended us to New Century Hotel. We paid 2300 HK$ which was expensive during that time since we booked it on a Friday and Saturday (Most hotels in Macau double their prices during peak days of the week). When we...

It's one of the cheapest hotels in Macau but the condition is not so good as well. There's no Wifi in the room. It's just near the University of Macau so many parents may choose to live here if they come to visit. Recently a new owner bought it and changed its name, but I guess there is no big...

And I thought I've stayed in a few bad hotels in China and Indonesia. None of those come close to the New Century Hotel in Macau. For starters the room looks old with mould and mildew on the walls. The carpets in the room look rotten with all sorts of stains on them. The room stank of tobacco, the bathroom...

We were a party of eight who had been staying at a hotel nearby as part of a tour. Wanting to stay an extra night in Macau we found our original hotel was booked out so we had to move to what our agent assured us was a star-equivalent but in fact turned out to be an apparently early 1980's-created...

I also took pictures and they are exactly the same as seen in previous reviews , so once might be unfortunate , but twice is certainly no coincidence. Thank goodness we were only booked in here for one night on part of a tour, which was advertised as 5*star by our tour ; which I had no reason to doubt...
