The hotel is centrally located to the tourist spot. However, everything is written in Chinese and Portuguese. Luckily we had Gan, the manager who always made a real effort to help us with the tourist information. Hotel facilities is old but the room is clean and well appointed. Breakfast served was rather limited in choices. But overall is excellent. Will...

Check in process was smooth. They were helpful with directions and even gave me a map. However, they said security deposit would be held for up to 14 days! That is ridiculous even if it's refundable. Elevators were relatively quick to get upstairs, but then you have to change elevators at the 6th floor. Walk down a circuitous hallway to...

after a smaller trouble of the transfer from the Ferry Terminal to the Hotel we had a nice, short stay. We got nice big rooms, hotel staff and manager was very friendly and care about customer needs. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

The suite was much bigger than the photos of the junior suite, which I booked, with its own living & dining areas & a huge bathroom attached to the bedroom & a small toilet outside. My only disappointment was that with...

Overall a decent hotel. For the price it is acceptable. Very nice spacious room and bathroom. In a great location that`s easily accessible and walking distance of the most central attraction. Free shuttle to the ferry terminal is great service. Staff and concierge are welcoming. Gan very friendly and helpful. Only slight problem was the smells in the room. Overall...

Not like any other casino in Macau, you have to apply a member card to swipe to enter, which makes it much less crowded than the others. Staff are nice and you can have free coffee, tea or sandwiches any time. Seems like it's a place for some locals to go cause the limits are like HKD 100, so it's...
