We stayed on the 19th floor in a executive room, very nice, confortable bed, with luxury amenities, and always a nice touch of fresh fruit or freshly baked biscuits before bedtime. Wherever we walked throughout the hotel we faced confort, cleanliness, and not at all cigarette smell. We also enjoyed our breakfast with great choices of Western and Asian food....

The hotel was absolutely fabulously. First impression and lasting empression, staff very helpful. Modern decor from entrance to rooms. Spacious clean and very modern outlook. Huge breakfasts from traditional to western influences. Tariffs were value for money as well.

My work associate and I made a spur of the moment trip to Macau after a long and tedious work project in Hong Kong. We scanned the tripadvisor reviews and based our choice tor this hotel soley upon the tripadvisor reviews made this a good choice. It didn't hurt that the hotel is centrally located, or the fact that we...

Our booking via travel agent was upgraded from deluxe to executive room on level 19. Room size was smaller than deluxe on nonsmoking level 17 but we got a bath whereas larger room had no bath. If u want nonsmoking you hv to tell them at check in. Renovations going on at level 14 but noise at level 19 bearable....

Had a few nights here late last year. We were upgraded to the executive suites. Wow! Very nice thank you very much! Made to feel very welcome and really looked after, even invited to partake of the special members area for free drinks and canapés each night. Breakfast spread was wonderful, with good choices of Asian as well as Western...

We purchased in advance and earned a free upgrade to deluxe room. It was unexpectedly spacious even we already had a single bed and a queen size bed in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean and everything (shower, aircon, tv, etc) was functioning well. The front desk staff were friendly when we asked for recommendations and directions. Location...

When we stepped out of the tour bus, we were impressed by the presence of two "Queen's Guards" by the entrance of the hotel. Upon entering, equally fascinating are the gold bars embedded on the lobby floor. The reception staff who assisted us was warm and accommodating. However, I wish to give this caveat: don't attempt to sit around the...

I went to the cafe, where my sister and mother accompanied me. I ordered tea, while my sister ordered a cake. The waitress insisted that my mother order something, which she did not feel like. The waittress said that it would take 40HKD to sit in the cafe, when it was not written anywhere. I see from other trip advisor...

We have just returned home after staying at the Grand Emperor for 4 nights. We stayed on the 17th Floor in a deluxe room. Very nicely appointed and a good size. We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent and friendly service we received from all staff members with whom we had contact - from the reception,to Annie Hu customer...
