Hi - You just go to the front desk and yes they will take you upstairs to check in. The rooms are lovely but unfortunately the clubroom breakfasts and canapes leave a lot to be desired. We have stayed in many club rooms and other then one in Los Angeles this one has the worst food. They will also tell you how to get the bus to casinos - it is far easier and comfortable to just get a taxi for $5-$10. I hope that the food etc on your stay is much better then ours.
