The hotel met our most important issue - closeness to the airport. There were a number of issues with our room when we checked in (a leaking air conditioning unit and a light that wasn't working chief among them). With every issue, the staff fixed it quite quickly. They were friendly and quite helpful. It made for a pleasant stay.

Been here for a weekend with an italian chick, i got to say this was a good experience. Such a big room with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The free late check out was a kind shot from the staff. Cheap price too!

While the staff were really friendly there were a few downsides to staying here. The hotel is a long way from any shops or entertainment off season. The nearby beach is not at all clean, but there is a good pool at the hotel. There is also a small games room to pass a bit of the evening for kids....

After 3 weeks in Italy we needed a place close to the airport to fly out the next morning that was not a sticker shock. Had 2 of our kids with us 5 and 14 and received a Family room consisting of 2 bedrooms 1 with a double and one with 3 singles. Room is dated and bathroom is definitely...

Just steps from the beach, you can also have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean from your window if your room is on the west side of the hotel. Some rooms have balconies and some have a large window. All rooms have double paned glass and metal pull down screens that block out light and attempt to block out the...

I booked the hotel as I needed a place to stay near the airport. I arrived after midnight. The staff was very helpful. The room was okay but the furniture was a bit old like the bathroom. For a night or two okay. In the morning there was a typical Italian breakfast served: coffee, brioche, cereals. The access to the...

This was the worst holiday I ever had, someone took a massive poo in the pool and the best part was by far leaving !! The towels felt like wallpaper ! I really enjoyed nothing about my stay and the breakfast deserved 0 stars as it wasn't even remotely cooked but I would recommend to all !!

This is a three-star hotel; you don't come here looking for four-star accommodations. The bathroom is old and, because of this, doesn't look spotless. But we had two nice rooms with our own bath and a view of the pool, playground and beach, which was perfect for a one-night stand ahead of an early morning flight. The breakfast offered our...

If you're looking for a really nice family friendly hotel on the beach, try this one. Friendly staff, great location in a nice laid back roman holiday resort. Beaches are classic Italian 'stabilimento', but if you walk to the south end and cross the river, you'll find a bit of 'free' beach. Enjoy it with all the kite surfers and...

We missed our flight out of the FCO airport after a cruise and I picked this hotel because it was cheap and had a decent rating on KAYAK. I had no idea what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Is it the Ritz? No. But it's right across the street from the beach which I also didn't know when...
