Rooms are actually quiet good, facing the canal with small balconies. Must use the AC as the beds have blankets; AC a bit noisy but okay. Bathroom small but functions well, decent warm water after some time. Staff is clumsy at check-in but in the end friendly.
Main issue was the food. Roomservice B'fast due to low number of visitors, but the cook has NO understanding at all of tourism. In my case a 'vegetarian American' breakfast was toast & fried egg (okay), lemonadeand then a set of boiled vegetables. All of them laced with a high level of pepper and salt next to providing P & S separately. Spoils the taste for a non-local.

Nice, spacious, clean, comfortable well facilitated rooms with a nice & peacefulness view of the river. Food is nice but less varieties. Good and friendly staff.

A budget hotel situated in Rajagiriya, with easy access from Nawala-Koswatta or Parliament road. Location was quite good, as next to Diyawanna Lake which makes calm. Banquet hall spacious enough for around 100-150 people. However, the food was not good at all. They had a huge collection, but only one or two were delicious.

Food was really bad on my friend’s wedding day. Food was rotten and was not acceptable at all for the price that we have paid. Really disappointed.They should have been more responsible for an event like that. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. I went to a wedding ceremony last week. The foods were expired and had very low hygienic standards.
More than 40+ participants had to get medical treatments after having the lunch and 10+ participants had to face critical conditions after consuming their expired foods.
Don't ruin your most memorable day by selecting this terrible place for a wedding ceremony.

I visited with my girl friend. It was a nice and quiet place in good location. Special thanks to all the staff who was verry friendly and attentive. Also they have nice locations for parties.For sure we will visit again.

The worst staff ever, the worst hotel! Everything is not clean, all staff are beggars and try to get any money they can get from you! One of them.is more likely like a thief & he lies all the time. He was the reception man. This was my worst experince ever in an hotel. I even hated the country because of how disgussting the were, they even charged me for a very big amount of money for 2 sandwiches that were simply the left overs probably of another plate! The Worst experience Ever!

I have reserved the Royal ball room of this hotel for home coming of my brother in law and we selected the best menu available in the list.Event turned out to be a complete disaster starting with the DJ who reserved from the hotel not showing at the event.I made numerous calls to DJ Nalaka and he made a bogus excuse by sending another fellow who called himself as a DJ (Should be only good at mixing concrete).
Food was half cooked and the potatoes were as good as solid rocks!
Probably the worst hotel to be find around Colombo.
