DO NOT Book this place … how an earth is this classified as a 4 * … we are currently in the hotel… we booked via booking.com and selected 3 single beds … turned up at hotel & their systems where down which is fine & not the main issue. They gave us a family room which is suited for parents and 2 kids NOT 3 adults. went back to reception and they gave us another room …. turned up to the room to find it occupied!!! reception then gave us the following options: 1) they cancel our booking & we find another hotel (this was around 11pm) 2) take the family room for the night & then they would reallocate us the next morning 3) sit in reception & wait for the 1 worker to check each room manually to see which is available ( hotel has 7 floors! - not practical) we went with option 2 as we where tired & wanted to slp. next day passed and we enquired with reception about changing room & what has gone wrong with our booking (systems fully working now) explanation from the staff at reception: although u selected 3 single beds its not gauranteed and we will gve u what we have available when u turn up … common sense should be when booking.com informed the hotel of our booking and requirement thy should have checked to see if they can cater for us if not they or booking.com should have notified us and we could have booked elsewhere before arriving in the country. Reception staff unhelpful & spoke to u as its ur fault.. i have been treated better at 1* hotels. AC works when it feels like it … u ring reception and no one answers. when u go dwn they say no one has rung them! $*it management and lack of care.

The receptionist ( didn’t get his name ) was really helpful. I expected a tiny room but it had a double bed and was cleaned every day. The lady ( Pamela) in charge of the bar and dining area worked her socks off and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I would point out (and it’s nothing to do with the hotel) is that the nearest metro , Ildefons cerba, is indeed 5 minutes walk away but is accessible down an unmarked subway. Look for a subway opposite the Easy Hotel and you’ll find it.

Would give this zero stars if I could. -The staff broke into our hotel room while we were out for the evening. -The sanitizer stations were all broken. No hand sanitizer anywhere. I informed the management of this on the first day and they said they’d fix it. They did not. -Pool bar is only open on weekends but even on the Sunday we were there, it closed midday without explanation. Everything is closed on Sundays so we couldn’t buy water anywhere and it was 28 degrees. I went downstairs to reception. Nobody there. I went to the hotel bar. Nobody there. -I emailed the hotel about these issues and the next day, the receptionist TOOK OFF HER COVID MASK to walk around the desk and yell in my face about how she can’t do everything at once. She also said she saw me in her tv when she was in her little reception room (but didn't come out to help?) -In the middle of the night, in our hotel room, while we slept, the lights would flash on, the air conditioning would reset with a loud bang. It was awful. We notified them but nobody fixed that either. -Our hotel room bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. -The hotel itself is poorly maintained (see photos) -We paid for breakfast to be included with our stay. The breakfast was reused from previous days - the fruit was brown and old. The croissants were stale. -All ice machines on every floor are broken. -There are no Covid measures in the dining room for breakfast and you use shared utensils to pick up the communal food.

We had a one night stay - last stay before going to the airport. Pros: fancy and modern hotel lobby. Great and modern room. Good beds. Very nice pool area with a fantastic 360 degree view of the area. Short distance - 15 min by taxi to airport. Cons: pool a bit small. Difficult to find a spot to lau down.
