A quiet, clean and convenient location if you plan to visit Barcelona, just 10 minutes away from the closest subway station that links L'Hospitalet de Llobregat to Barcelona. We stayed there during the COVID-19 crisis and the quality of services wasn't affected in any way by the situation, we received daily room cleaning services, the food was very tasty and the staff very welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful, although not everyone was speaking English. However, they were all ready to quickly help and serve you. There's a nice park behind the Hotel where you can have a walk at night and a gas station just 3 minutes away where you can buy food at night when the nearby shopping centre is closed. We'll choose the same place to stay whenever we come back to visit Barcelona again. Highly satisfied!…
lights plug sockets etc did not work, Got stuck in the elivator when going to get food. food was appalling we ended up getting food from a nearby IKEA cafe. we where also promised a refund for one of the nights stay but never recieved it. the staff didn't even seem to care when we enlightened them to how we felt about their uncivilized attitude. To use the swimming pool and spar you have to pay and you also may not be able to use it because only one person knows how to turn it on.
Worst hotel I've ever been too, rude staff who are really unhelpful and looked like they didn't want to be there when talking too, Lift broke with me and my friend in it and were stuck for a good 3 hrs in till they finally called someone in the end to get us out and were really unapologetic when speaking too them. Furthermore pools cold, sauna doesn't work neither does the steam room, gyms just creasy and just over all a sh*t hotel. Looks good tho.
Not too expensive not too cheap but relatively convenient place to go anywhere with bus station and metro / train. We took a cheap city bus from airport to the hotel and it was a few minutes walk. Also within 3-4 minutes walk, there is bus station. Within 10 min walk, there’s train and subway station.
Just come back from a weekend short stay. hotel clean and tidy, breakfast was good lots of choice, not so much in the way of an English style breakfast but found lots of other tasty filling foods. I got bitten terribly by mosquitos, but my own fault as I didn't pay attention to the note advising not to open the windows, I thought it might be a bit late in the season, oh how wrong was I!! The location was great, only a 10 min walk to the metro station which takes you everywhere, and the large shopping centre has a good supermarket and lots of variety of shops and restaurants. We went specifically to watch a Barca football match and were not disappointed.
