The hotel is in heart of pahalgam and the location is very picturesque. The rooms are cozy and clean and staff is decent. The reception will arrange for taxi if you want to enjoy local sight seeing. Avoid buffet if you are non vegetarian as there is no option provided in the buffets.

We stayed at Hotel Baisaran for 2 nights ie. 27th & 28th April 2017. The location is good...very close to the Pahalgam main market area. The rooms though a tad bit small are clean, comfortable and cozy. The rooms at the back of the property offer a pretty nice view of the mountains. The beds had electric blankets and the rooms...

People at Hotel Baisaran can teach a lot of hotels out there a thing or 2 in hospitality. They truly pay great attention to detail and try to know their guest and do whatever possible to ensure they enjoy their stay like arranging for breakfast at 5:00 AM simply because we were to check out at 5. Truly they made...

I asked to be shown other rooms and luckily found a corner room with a relatively nice view of mountains. The hotel...

Stayed year for 1 night during our visit to Kashmir in June'16. The location is good, neatly maintained rooms and wash rooms. Food isn't allowed inside the rooms. The food is ok and has limited menu. Less non-vegetarian options. Hotel staff demanded for tips which is not a good attitude.

We stayed on 30th June 16, hotel was very good. We have booked deluxe rooms but they upgrade our rooms to super deluxe rooms. 4 star facilities. Food was limited, okay okay. Staff was not courteous. Hotel was next graveyard . Hotel has open space. Hotel was near market. Hotel good points are room and open space.
