Two weeks ago I enjoyed a short leisure break at Brooklawn, in the company of two close friends. From the outset, Dara made us very feel welcome. We were delighted with the sumptuous breakfasts, especially the fresh raspberries from the garden! We had booked to stay in the adjoining cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the easy arrangements, with Dara...

Beautiful house, and garden. Owner couldn't have more polite or helpful. Home made bread on arrival and I felt all the comforts of home with every detail. I would highly recommend, for one couple or two. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Highly recommend Brooklawn. Lovely friendly welcome from Dara who couldn't do enough during our stay. Tea and homemade scones on arrival and a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Rooms are beautiful. Very convenient for the wedding we were attending in Lough Rynn Castle but would return again just for the experience of staying at Brooklawn.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings first welcomes you and then when you step through the door it is like visiting family! Dara spoilt us with home-baked cake and beverages on arrival. The house is decorated with beautiful antique furnishings, but was still bright and cheerful! We had a great and very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was, lovely with a lot of options...

What a beautiful gem located next to Lough Rynn Castle. From the moment we arrived we received a warm Irish welcome. Dara was such a pleasure to deal with. With tea and coffee offered to us on arrival to the delicious full irish breakfast served to us the following morning, there is nothing more we can say but a huge...

Stayed at Brooklawn recently for a family wedding taking place at Lough Rynn Castle. Fab location not too far from the castle. Gorgeous room but it was the little touches and the welcome from host Dara that makes Brooklawn such a special place to stay. Would have loved to stay longer to explore the exquisite gardens.Yummy home made banana bread...

Unfortunately we could only stay one night at Brooklawn House as it was just perfect. We were at a friend's wedding in Lough Rynn which is only 2 minutes away. After we unpacked the lovely Dara who runs Brooklawn dropped us off at the hotel. After a great night of celebration the hotel called us a taxi which arrived in...

Such a lovely, relaxed, homely place. Very clean. Dara was so friendly and genuine. Felt like we knew her for years. Definately recommend a visit here. Dara's homemade Guinness Bread was delicious and tasty full Irish breakfast! Hope to go back again some day.

On arrival we were met with the smell of lovely home baking and the offer of roasted coffee and fresh sponge. We were attending a friends wedding in Lough Rynn castle and Brooklawn House is a short drive away and ideal for alternative to staying at the castle. Dara is the perfect host; friendly, helpful, fun and a great cook....
