Blue Lagoon City Hotel is the new addition to the Group and the first hotel that is open all year round. This four star luxury hotel with modern guestrooms and suites is located in the heart of Kos, only a 5 minute walk to the harbor, town square and shopping district. The Spa offers a beautiful and tranquil environment to rejuvenate and indulge all senses. The hotel is ideal for couples, incentive groups as well as business travellers, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment.

We are on day 11 of a 14 day stay at this superb hotel. This is our third stay at this hotel in the past 12 months and it won’t be the last. It’s possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean much of that has to be to the credit of the wonderful cleaning ladies who work very hard. We want to give particular mention to the lovely Anna and Clara both of whom keep our coffee cups topped up at breakfast time. In addition we want to mention Kristi who oversees the reception desk and has given us a number of excellent tips on places to eat. Finally we want to mention Dimitra the hotel’s Operations Manager who works incredibly hard, lights the whole place up with a happy personality and who we have nicknamed the Goddess of the Blue Lagoon.

What a wonderful gem of a hotel! This was our first visit to the blue lagoon and to Kos as an island and we loved every minute of our trip!
Firstly the location was fantastic, less than a 10 minute stroll the the harbour and the great fish restaurants at the harbour end of the beach. Old town was just a 5min walk, with lots of great restaurants. And there was a supermarket and an amazing ice-cream parlour just a few minutes away.
The hotel itself was fantastic, clean and modern. Rooms were spacious even for 3 adults with a large balcony (we stayed in 318), A/C and wifi was strong throughout the communal areas and rooms.
We had lunch at the pool bar which was fab, and cocktails throughout our stay round the pool. The waiter at the pool was exceptional and SO kind. In fact, all of the staff were amazing, especially the female manager who looked after breakfast in the morning (I’m afraid I didn’t grab her name!)
Would recommend to anyone. What a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for the 1st 10 days of July for my 40th birthday and we can't say in words how great this hotel is. The room (junior suite, room 429) has the best sunrise and sunset views of any room in Kos Town. The room is spacious, quiet and very comfortable with a balcony that overlooks greenery and the harbour, with distant views of the Turkish coast. The staff ...... a MASSIVE shout out to Natasha, Michael and especially Gergana who not only made us feel so at home during our stay but makes the best strawberry daiquiri ON EARTH! ALL of the staff go out of their way to help you at every turn and nothing seems too much trouble. The location of the hotel is PERFECT. A 5 minute walk to the harbour and a sub 10 min walk to the Old Town and it's great eateries and shopping locations. Parking our car was easy as there is parking opposite and adjoining roads. The one thing I would say, other than asking Gergana for a strawberry daiquiri, would be to have a meal at The Caravan restaurant/taverna....you won't regret it. Hussan is the perfect host and his food is out of this world.

Just enjoyed a 2 week break with hubby and daughter. From start to finish the hotel impressed on every level. The rooms are very modern with lovely furniture and decor, everything you need is there, and are cleaned everyday by a team of lovely ladies. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of almost anything you could wish for. All staff are really friendly but have to mention Michael who works the breakfast and pool bar - just the loveliest person and so friendly and professional - a real asset to the hotel! Unfortunately our first 4/5 days were spoilt by a group of roudy lads in rooms either side of us (slamming doors in the early hours - no respect for anyone) but that’s the luck of the draw and not the hotel’s fault, it was great once they left. Would recommend to anyone, perfect location too as its only 5 minutes to the harbour and the same to the shopping areas and squares.

We stayed here for one week in August 2023 as had priorly stayed at Palazzo del Mare (same chain) and their staff recommended this hotel to us. This city hotel is not a let down even though it's 4 stars (not 5). It's a well run house and has many pros. Location is very central and easy walk to harbor, city beach, shops, restaurants and ancient ruins. Modern style, great staff, very friendly really everyone, good breakfast. Wifi fast, rooms tidy and cleaned well on a daily basis. Pool lovely and very nice temperature in August but gets very busy, hard to get sunbeds if you don't reserve them early in the morning. Pool bar expensive and a bit bland. At breakfast a large selection of fresh fruits and a cooking station with eggs, pancakes, omelettes made to order etc. Friendly staff always assisted if needed, breakfast service very prompt and attentive. Easy to get ice cubes on request to keep your drinks cold.
Pros: Staff excellent, modern, good location, great aircon and wifi. Quality toiletries (olive oil brand) and towels. Room lovely, bed lining etc great. Large balcony with quality chairs and a drying rack. Especially the omelette lady was so friendly and talented in her work (she remembered my wishes after a few days).
Points of improvement: Toiletries were not replenished on 2 days out during the week. Room fridge has very pool cooling capacity (definitely need to renew them). Entertainment was only once a week. Pool bar drinks expensive and poor cider selection (only one brand in small bottles).
Manager very friendly and always present at work, chatting with guests etc.
We would love to return one day as it is a great small resort!

We booked here for a family holiday to celebrate my 60th Birthday. I have to say the hotel was lovely and clean and the bedrooms were done in a daily basis, clean sheets and towels which was great. However we found that the rooms lacked in hanging space for clothes, the actual place was over the ‘dressing table’ (not very good for long dresses!) and it didn’t even have a mirror there which wasn’t good for drying hair etc. We were bed & breakfast and the breakfast was lovely but they were not very quick at replenishing the food and also glasses etc so we found ourselves hanging around a lot for them to bring out. On a good note the staff were absolutely lovely, when we had days around the pool they were so attentive and so polite, the pool could just have done with a few more umbrellas as if you were late getting there you had no shade on the many sun lounges without.

We stayed for 7 nights at this modern City hotel in September 2024 . Its located very near to all the main activities in Kos Town but still in a quiet side street. The breakfasts as mentioned are everything you would need to start the day - the hotel is very clean - the staff are brilliant - we often stayed by the pool - there is a pool bar which serves food at lunchtime. Special tip - the Pool bar has Happy Hour each night with 40% off drinks between 2000-2100 hours. The rooms are very modern - like the idea of twin sinks in the bathroom. Special tip - there is a restaurant nearby - The Broadway - which serves amazing food from around 1300 each day apart from Mondays. You may need to book - but they always seemed to find a table for us. Special tip - there is another hotel pool hidden in the Spa area which is also available to guests but rarely used when we were there. Don't confuse with Blue Lagoon Resort which is in a different area out of town. This hotel ticks all the boxes for any stay in Kos Town.

Had a fantastic holiday here. The hotel is modern, the rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily, and there is a good selection for breakfast. The pool is a good size and the pool bar had a good selection of drinks. The street it’s situated on is relatively quiet with a small shop next door, however, it is only a 5 minute walk into the busy town centre, which holds lots of shops, bars and restaurants, and only a 15/20 minute walk to the beach, it was the perfect location. Only minor fault would be limited sun beds considering the size of the hotel, however, we did manage to get some everyday. Overall, an amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel. We had booked a junior suite which was a spacious and modern room. The bathroom was generous in size with a double sink and separate toilet and shower areas. The bathtub that divided the room from the bathroom was a very interesting touch! The breakfast was very good with multiple choices. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and my husband had a good massage while we were there. The only downside was the weather was too cool to use the pool, but I'm sure it would have been great for swimming. The location of the hotel was very good and we walked to all of the restaurants and sights. We'd highly recommend a stay at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel.
