From start to finish a 5 star experience. The staff were all extremely courteous and friendly. The cleanliness was super. The meals excellent. The pool area clean and all sunbeds accessible. Excellent hotel, location and well worth staying here. We went B&B so we could wonder around on a evening and try different places for food. If you can't feed yourself from their breakfast buffet or expect English breakfast, go to Blackpool. They had it all in my opinion cereal, Greek yoghurt, fruit, various breads, continental items, Greek sausages, bacon, shrooms, eggs anyway you want them cooked plus daily pastry surprises We tried the restaurant during the day and it was "top draw", and the food on a night, omg!! Yes it is a little expensive but you on holiday, if you worried about a few extra euros here and there.. you shouldn't be going away!! Rooms are great and cleaned daily! I have to be honest I expected a cleaner resort than what Kos Town had to offer, but we enjoyed ourselves. And we'd go back so it can't have been that bad! To me this was a stunner. From the reception and the open building onto the pool to the room on the ground floor with direct access onto the garden, i was very impressed by the hotel and the team. Breakfast was rich and even better with an amazing view on the garden and the trees. Slightly out of the way so need a bike or other means of transport to get around though i walked it

We arrived 4 friends on Monday 15th May for 4 nights we were greeted by receptionist who was so friendly and helpful ,hotel is beautiful we were bed and breakfast food was amazing so much choice very clean hotel staff very very good will definitely return many thanks for making our holiday amazing

Following our stay at Diamond Deluxe Hotel, I decided to extend our stay at visited their sister hotel Diamond Boutique!! A small oasis!!! From Eleni and Konstantina at reception followed by Leonora, Alexandros, at the bar to Chefs Lefteri and Manolis and their team, to service staff Spiros, Elias, Melissa, and Spiros always smiling (and if I have forgotten anyone sorry) and the wonderful ladies in Housekeeping. We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was first class and nothing can be faulted. Every member of staff who we came in contact with, from reception, to bar staff, to restaurant staff were outstanding and made us feel so welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we hope to return in the future. Short walk to the Old Town and numerous restaurants and shops.

We stayed here for 10 nights. From check-in you can see the quality of the hotel and staff. Even arriving late at night we received a warm welcome and were offered a drink while we checked in. The rooms are in three separate blocks set in gardens with palm trees. The furnishing, fittings and toiletries are top quality. You get a complimentary jar of fresh fruit, a carton of water and a bottle of red wine. Although the bed is quite low, it's very comfortable. We had a first floor room with a balcony that overlooked the garden towards the main building. Although you can see other balconies, the hotel was quiet so didn't feel overlooked or annoyed by noise from others. In the main building is the restaurant. Our rate included breakfast. This is one of the best breakfast choices I've seen in a hotel. Fresh fruit, cooked meats, cheeses, lots of different bread, cooked selection and the chef station. If you stay here and have breakfast, use the chef station. The pancakes, omelettes and eggs cooked to order are fresh and tasty. The pool area is behind the main building. It's lovely and quiet and well set out so most sunbeds get a lot of sun. And the sunbeds are extremely comfortable. Fresh beach towels are always available at reception. But the main praise has to go to the staff. Always friendly and helpful. We were greeted by every staff member we met. It created a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. This was our third time in Kos Town and I think this is the best location so far. The area is quiet but only took about 10 minutes to walk to the harbour. There are some great restaurants even closer (the Chasapaki is fantastic). If you look on streetview you may be worried that the hotel is up a country road but it's well lit at night and is quite quiet. We felt very safe in this area. This is a beautiful, tranquil hideaway. Highly recommended. We had no problem parking the car. If you are driving there from the airport, take care as the roads are narrow with sharp bends. There's also a a lovely friendly cat that wanders the grounds…

Third time on the beautiful island of Kos, first time in Kos town with a stay at a fantastic small hotel. Breakfast We stayed on a bed and breakfast package, breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice of differing foods you you could never be bored. My husband had freshly prepared omelettes each day, I had a selection of eggs, yoghurts, fruit, lovely fresh bread, fruit etc. The least stressful breakfast I have had, lovely staff bring you your choice of drinks and no need to try and make your way through crowds of people to get back to your table. Rooms Spacious, modern and light bedroom consisted of seating area, tea/coffee facilities, small fridge. Wet room and toilet, sink in lobby, lovely fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Fantastic and beautiful smelling products - soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and a lovely large balcony to chill with some wine. The room was immaculately cleaned each day. Pool area Again the least stressful experience I have had at a hotel, no sun bed wars here!! We could come back from exploring at anytime of the day and have a choice of sunbed. The beds themselves were the comfiest I have ever experienced. Super thick. Small but lovely pool for cooling down in the warm Greek sunshine. Bliss! Towels were a great size too and replaced as you needed. Drinks could be ordered to your bed, so you could completely chill and not move if you did not want to. Staff Very welcoming and friendly staff that could not do enough for you. Nothing was an issue and the lovely reception ladies were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The waiting staff throughout hotel were super nice too and thoughtful. Thank you so much to the lovely staff for making our holiday extra memorable. Location Guess the location would not suit everyone but we loved the short walk into Kos town and we loved our walks around the area. We walked loads but by doing do took I’m some lovely sights and found some beautiful beach restaurants etc. We hired a car for the day, this was organised through the hotel and we spent some time doing some sightseeing seeing around Kos. Having the car really opened your eyes to new areas that were stunning and we would not have experienced had we not had the car. When we return to Kos and I am sure we will, I would definitely return to this hotel. We loved the best of both worlds experiencing the lovely hotel breakfast whilst also the lovely town hospitality. We first visited this hotel in 2018 and returned this month. The hotel is excellent and the staff cannot do enough for your. Rooms are clean and spacious and the maid did a great job every day with clean towels and replenishing coffee etc. We arrived late at night and had a beautiful salad and bottle of wine on arrival. In 2018 it was a buffet in the evening which has been replaced with an a la carte menu. Meals were made to order and beautifully presented and good portions. The pool menu is good and the portions were big enough to share. These chefs are a credit to this hotel. Breakfast choice was vast from cheese and fruits to eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Sunbeds are the comfiest we’ve had and the pool area is clean. The bar area would benefit from some heaters at this time of the year but we had some rain and thunder which is unusual. No need to take shampoo etc as there are complimentary products for you to use which are lovely. The Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the Centre which might not suit everyone but fine for a stroll after dinner. Would highly recommend this Hotel.…
