Very welcoming manager and staff, very clean and excellent price for quality and location (5min walk to Dolphin Square on the Kos Town harbour). Most rooms are now refurbished to a very high standard. Very quiet area. Small shop at rear of property for groceries and fruit veg across the street and many cafes n restaurants within a few mins walking.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly, rooms cleaned daily, I couldn’t fault my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the harbour, 10 minute walk to the beach stretch with beach bars and restaurants. There is a handy shop called Anna a 5 minute walk away as well as Mummy’s Cooking restaurant which is traditional Greek. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, a big variety of things to choose from, something for everyone. The hotel has a modern vibe, brightly coloured and very clean. The staff were amazing. Don’t be put off by 2 stars as I would say it is definitely a 3. It has no lift so that could be why it is only 2. I can confidently recommend this hotel, I would happily stay there again. It is an absolute bargain.

The hotel has very good location. The rooms are clean and nice decorated. Our bathroom window was facing the bathroom window of the room next door in few meters distance. Luckily we were traveling family and friends who were next door, so we waved each other from the toilet, but I would be so familiar with strangers. I needed to ask for a second pillow as the ones we had were neither small nor big but like a jelly. They were giving me the feeling as if I'm sleeping on inflatable thing. It took five min to stay in shape and then became flat. The spare pillow I took did not help, so I did not sleep well at well. Other then pillows, the hotel is very good and worth the budget price.

I stayed in the Olympia for two weeks in October to get away from all the depressing news and weather in England. I found the facilities at the Olympia to be all that i wanted for my holiday. There was no pool but i was only paying two star prices, however the hotel was very clean which is important in these covid times. The two receptionists made a big impression as they went way beyond normal expectations to be friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient in that it is a short walk to the harbour, the city center and the beaches.

for being listed as a two star hotel, it is certainly very very good. The hotel does not have a swimming pool but it it really well located. Definitely a place to stay if you want to spend a night or two in the town, exploring and as a base. My highlights: -location was top! It is three blocks away from the night life in the town. -Staff: very friendly, always looking after you. -The cleanliness of the room: was really good. It seems the rooms were recently renovated. -Facilities: the hotel does not have a swimming pool, but I guess you came to the town to explore and party. -and finally the breakfast: it was a normal Bed &breakfast type, but it was served to the table in the patio due to covid.

Only a few minutes walk from the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Maybe a 10 min walk to Lambi beach - great long beach filled with beach clubs and restaurants that have loungers and umbrellas. We were welcomed warmly by Susan when we arrived and she offered to help us get our bearings via town map. Her recommendations were great as we hit up some of the beaches she suggested as well as restaurants. Our room was very clean and had a small balcony with table and chairs. Fridge in the room as well as a small kettle stocked to make tea or coffee. Hair dryer in the bathroom plus toiletries and lots of towels. Bed super comfy and absolutely appreciated and loved the sheets and pillows. Lots of outlets and by the bed side tables. Wifi was great. Shower hot and good pressure. Lots of mirrors in the room and a full size one for us gals! Breakfast is optional at 5€ and my guy enjoyed a few times. Loads of food! Eggs, bread, jams, cheese, meats, olives, tomatoes, yoghurt, juice, coffee/tea, etc. Cute little outdoor courtyard to enjoy your meal. You can also purchase water, pop, etc at a cooler near the front desk which is great if you arrive late. Cindy was super helpful to assist us with renting a car. She made the phone call for us and the car was brought right to the hotel. Talk about great service! Absolutely recommend this hotel and commend the owner on his great staff and all the personal little touches Olympia Hotel offers. Thanks!!

Absolutely gutted that we can’t go on our holiday to Kos with all the restrictions in place. All the companies have been really helpful offering us a refund, however the hotel is refusing to refund our money. They have offered us the option to rebook but due to the current climate and work we can not afford to rebook flights etc and have asked if they could re consider the refund as they would lose out either way with a rebooking as we would still use the room that someone else could book and they would get the money for if it even if we could go. Just feel so sad that they wouldn’t give us our money back. Just be careful what you book even though it states it’s non refundable in the law it states that New guidance to firms from Markt's Authority. Full refunds should apply to consumer contacts where - no goods/service provided - firm can't provide service due to lockdown - Customer can't access service due to lockdown Including , travel accommodation

After a very bad experience in another hotel, I was lucky to find Olympia Hotel on my last day in Kos. I wish I had the fortune to find it when I first arrived here. But still... Olympia Hotel is very clean and impressive with its modern and cozy entrance/reception area. Guest Relations Manager Mr. Vasilis and all the staff is very kind and helpful. Tonight I will stay in one of their bigger rooms. I will, obviously, not use them all but the room has three beds. I did not try them yet so I cannot tell if they are comfortable or not. However the clean bed sheets, the towels and the silence made me very happy already! I am writing this review while having my tea in the garden tables. I’ve just realized they serve snacks as well as a wide choices of drinks here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or solo travelers. Especially if you arrive to the port near the center. Reasonable price for a clean and convenient hotel. I can’t help comparing this to the one I had to stay at last night! I will write a separate review for that one anyway... Many thanks Olympia Hotel! Happy to have discovered you ☺️ Cheers, E.C.

Good breakfast at the lovely garden - you can have the authentic feeling of this beautiful island! Very good location - few minutes of walk to restaurants & bars & the beach. A great little hotel with very friendly staff. Ideal location close to the town centre. Clean and adequate rooms. Nice gesture of a mug on check out with the hotel printed on. Breakfast fine and tasty.
