The room was historical and so authentic. It was an amazing experience to be able to spend the night there, and the owners put so much love and care into it. The fresh fruit from the region at breakfast was definitely a highlight, and so were the cute dogs! It was also in a very good location in the centre of the old town. We would love to come back one day.

The palazzo is a true gem. The atmosphere and the breakfast surpasses all expectations. We stayed in the two adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom. They have the most extravagant interiors of all available bedrooms. We were there to rest, go on walks, eat out and spend time together and it suited us perfectly. You might have other needs and look for something entirely different. The family palazzo is a guest house not a hotel, but Niccolo and his father take good care of you and their lovely dogs Bart and Diana (and their adorable cat) keep you company during breakfast. We highly recommend this stunning place.

Read the other reviews. Nicola and his father will welcome you as they did us..along with the dogs. The room was not like anything we had experienced in our lives. A journey back into a bygone era of antiques and glorious homes. Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and provided us with the opportunity to ask more about the history of this incredible home. If you are in Tirano please stay here. You will talk about the experience for year to come.

Our host, Niccolo was extremely welcoming, from parking our car, carrying luggage and answering loads of questions about this historic accommodation. Everywhere you look there are amazing antiques and furnishings. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting or passing through Tirano.

The palazzo is wonderful and full of interesting antiques. Staying here is like being in a historic museum but with modern day comfort ! It is perfectly placed in the old part of Tirano. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful advice - where to eat and where to park and he also indicated a walking tour. The breakfast in the palazzo kitchen was very good.
