I booked this hotel in error as I was supposed to stay at Hotel de la Plage in Quiberon when I cancelled they were very kind and understanding and refunded my deposit even though the fault was mine. Well done.

We were very happy with our stay in Hotel de la Plage. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. It's a few blocks from a large and wide beach. I can highly recommend it.

Rooms are well equipped with large comfortable bed and a good shower. Very nice quality breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful. Also animal friendly - We were able to take with us our little Jack Russell.

Hôtel de La Plage is an exceptional find so close to the beach. The owners and staff are wonderful, they are helpful, warm, and courteous. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms have Air Conditioning which is great in the height of summer. I will come back and stay at this hotel every time I return. It is a true gem and in a perfect location.

Hôtel de La Plage is a little gem! Exceptional service, exceptional value, spotlessly clean, very well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and linens and most importantly - steps from the beach! The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for an additional €8, (again an exceptional value) and towels for the beach. I recommend this hotel very highly. It will not disappoint!

small hotel is just a few minutes walking to nice sandy beach. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and stuff is very friendly. Our room have a small balcony over oleander trees. there is many restaurants and bars nearby where you can have dinner.

The hotel is well placed in a quiet seaside location within a short walking distance of the beach and a small number of shops and restaurants. The owners spoke excellent English and couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. They lent us a kettle so that we could make tea in our room as well as beach chairs, beach mats and an umbrella to take to the beach, which we kept with us for the week that we stayed there. The room was extremely clean with daily maid service. The only thing that was less than perfect was that the room was quite small and had very little storage, though it did have an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent little hotel.

The folks who run this hotel are extremely helpful. They will suggest restaurants to try, places to hike, other activities. They even lend bikes to guests -- for free. They want you to have a great time in Gruissan -- be sure and tip them if they help you do that! They speak several languages and will take special requests. For instance, they froze my cold packs so I could slip them into my cooler in the morning. The rooms are clean and simple, with tiny balconies so you can hang out your wet bathing suits and towels to dry in the Mediterranean breeze. The hotel is a five-minute walk through a mellow neighborhood to the beach. No elevator/lift, if that's important to you. If you drink coffee and want a little protein (ham, cheese, yogurt) to start the day with bread, pastries, and fresh juice, the 10 Euro breakfast is the way to go. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in this neighborhood after dark. This place hosted couples and families with children when I was there. The hotel has free parking for cars.…

A 4 night stay in late August.A very compact and spotlessly clean family run hotel.Very helpful staff that pointed out various attractions in the locality.Our room was a little on the small side but contained everything we required and as mentioned very clean.Will definitely use this accommodation again when in the area.Many thanks John & Janice Daniel York UK

Nice location. Close walk to beach and beach shops and bakeries. Clean room. Very small room. Nice sized balcony with ocean view a bit. If you need a place to just crash at night this is it. If you plan to spend time and do anything other then sleep and use the bathroom it's too small. I recommend walking down the street to the bakery to get your breakfast rather than eat in the hotel. If stay here again only because there are not many hotels in the area and it was clean and good location to the beach with easy parking. Check Out was at 11, so we had to rush for a last dip in the ocean and back to shower.
