We had a lovely stay at Sugar Bay! Loved the beach, especially the hammock! The room was nice, we had booked a great ocean view. Food was not as good as I had hoped for but in the buffets, you always find something to eat.

Thomas Cook website says this means you can be allocated any room at the hotel on arrival. You could email the hotel directly to see if they are able to advise you at this stage what category room it is likely to be.
