We spent 2 nights here in between Venice & Treviso after not being able to resist staying in a castle. €45 in a taxi from Coneligiano train station. It was fun to explore the castle and its grounds. A great find was the sun terrace with 2 or 3 beds on the 4th floor and the ice cream shop on...

The place to stay for a visit in the Prosecco region. Impressive huge medieval castle. Elegant and extremely well kept. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Very good buffet breakfast. Helpful and professional personnel. Valet parking.

Business trip . This hotel is stunning. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The views are amazing and rooms good value for money. Small but perfectly formed spa area. Food was great and good choice . The rooms are small and reflect the character of the castle (don't expect modern). But facilities are all there. Would definitely visit again.

The stroll down the halls of this Castello makes one feel like a true royalty. The entire experience is like living in a museum, imagining the noble humans that lived, loved and dined in the castle throughout centuries. It is wonderful to get lost among the artifacts of the by-gone era, especially nourished by prosecco from the nearby wineries. If...

Absolutely stay here if you get the chance. The service was amazing, the setting is beautiful, I have nothing but rave reviews for CastelBrando. My boyfriend and I booked at the last minute, everyone was friendly/helpful/gracious. Our room was unbelievable - on the 3rd floor, giant double windows opening out to a view of the lush, green surroundings. The castle...

Stayed two nights in the hotel during our trip to Northern Italy last September. We decided it would be fun to stay in a castle during our trip and were not disappointed. The whole building is like a museum and parts of it host real museum. Room was very clean and spacious. With antique stylized furniture and decor it gave...

Valentine's Day's celebration! Beautiful view of the city of Valmarino out the window of our suite, #703, with the Dolomite mountains in the background. Majestic! Fantastic experience in the Princess Gaia Spa! Wonderful dinner at La Fucina. Walked through a maze of other interesting rooms to get there, including the old prison! Wandered the castle and toured the Museum of...

For the first two days of our honeymoon in January, we had the pleasure of staying at Castelbrando. It is a great stopover if you are driving from Venice airport to the Dolomites to ski as it is only about 45 minutes from the airport and pretty much on the way. When arriving at the hotel, it is clear that...

We stayed in 912 at the top of the accommodation areas. A delightful room overlooking the Christmas tree. This was a magical way to spend Christmas. We enjoyed the companionship of our fellow Albatross tour guests. The castle is interesting. Like any castle so many nooks and crannies. We kept giggling at our take the lift to 7, "change at...

Arriving on gray rainy day with fog enveloping the surrounding mountains…was our introduction to the mystique of Castelbrando Hotel. The hidden driveway up the winding pathway leads to the castle entrance…or ride the funicular to enjoy the incredible view. From the brochure, “We hope you enjoy the atmosphere of Castelbrando and appreciate its peculiarities, living the experience of life at...
